**What do you like best about SimpleBooking Channel Manager?**

Simplybooking did not have a few features that are needed for my business, but durning the trial use I found the app to be one of the best out there. I have tested out many many systmes for booking in the past 5-6 years and this one would be in my top 3. I wish they had a plan for over 8 but less than unlimited for the add ons. That price jump is very large if you do not need unlimited add on choices but more than 8 of them.

**What do you dislike about SimpleBooking Channel Manager?**

They need more plans for more variety since they are unique on how features come. I love the a la carte idea but to not give me many choices on how many I want is very dumb on their end.

**What problems is SimpleBooking Channel Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online appointments and POS with sales. Having an all in one system is very beneficial to me.
