I most love the ability to copy fields from a previous form you have setup to a new one. This is especially helpful when you have a small change (like dates) to change on a form, and it saves you a TON of time. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I wish you could designate where email notifications are sent when someone signs a form. When you are working as a team, it would be nice to be able to designate which member of your team receives the notification emails and PDF copies of the signed forms. I have to forward them to the correct person because there is not an setting that can be adjusted for this. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Team pricing is not very affordable, but individual use is not bad. It would be nice if they offered better discounts for small businesses that only need a 2-3 seats. I just want a simple platform that I can upload a document and send a link for. We started by purchasing two enterprise licenses that enable two admins to easily add signatures, initials, dates, checkboxes, stamps, radio buttons, drop menus, and other columns to PDFs/ Word Documents. With this solution, we are able to send signature requests in a variety of ways: 1 document to 1 recipient; 1 document to many recipients with signatures on the same document in a specified order (basic signature workflow); 1 document to many recipients with individual documents for each signor (bulk send with Excel CSV recipient import). Recipient/signor signing progress can be monitored within the solution and exported to Excel/CSV. The executed/signed document history/audit log is appended to each signor for easy download by the admin. Finally, admins can configure notifications (with or without attachments), which are routed back to them and those routed to signors. This solution met our eSignature needs by being reasonably priced (with no transaction or per/signature costs - only a single annual per admin cost), providing sufficient capability that matches well to our needs, and by being user-friendly for both admins and signors. Final note: signNows chat support has always been responsive and relevant to the questions that I have asked. They provide a chat support button on the bottom right corner of their browser-based admin console. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Per my understanding, an admin cannot send on behalf of another user. This feature would be beneficial but isn't a deal-breaker for our Firm. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** The signNow pricing model allows you to purchase a single enterprise license and then grow usage organically as needed. At first, we were hesitant to not purchase through a salesperson but we did find that purchasing our first named-user license was easy using their website. No issues or concerns with that process. The first administrator can buy additional licenses from within the signNow admin tool. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to bulk send a signature request to hundreds of employee signors. Progress is easily tracked and downloaded in Excel for review. I love the fact that we got a better price on SignNow then on our previous software, and I love how it is so compatible. I like how you can add different fields in the same document, and its easy to know if you (or your client) has signed all the needed spots for completion. I love that when the document is fully executed, it immediately emails you a copy for your records. I like how you can send to one person for signing, but can also include another person as a cc that can see the document as well. I love how easy it is to upload documents, and that you can upload multiple documents at one time with out having to go back and upload them one by one. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** There really isnt anything that i truly dislike about SignNow! We switched over from RightSignature, and got a better price. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** I would highly consider SignNow as your product of choice for all your e-signing needs! Its price, ease of use, and all around great support is a 10/10 in my book! I'm so glad we decided to switch to using sign Now! **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the pandemic (and even before) its great to have the ability to send clients all over the country documents for signature, and they can get it signed and sent back to us so quickly! Sign Now has made it so much easier for us to be able to get our engagement letters, settlement statements, settlement agreements, etc. all signed quickly and easily, without clients having to scan a hard copy in and send it back to us, or send a document that has been signed back to us in the regular mail, which is great as because everyone knows, the USPS is very slow right now. ### 38. The interface is simple and intuitive and easy to hit the ground running. Documents are scanned quickly or converted from upload simply, fields are detected quickly, and it's very simple to create templates to reuse multiple times without recreating. The ROI is immediately apparent in time saved by not meeting to collect signatures and not missing compliance deadlines due to missed meetings. Collecting signatures can be done on an as needed basis because it's as easy as sending out an email to a customer, client, or tenant to get what is needed. It also serves as proof of delivery which is great for some of the legal issues we often need to overcome in a rental business. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Documentation could be clearer but solid support makes up for it. It can be a little daunting at first to understand the differences in terminology, but there's a great repository of Youtube videos to walk through the basic steps needed to get you having documents signed by customers, partners, and legal associates. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** I shopped around quite a bit before settling on signNow. You won't find a more affordable, complete product. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating paper signatures has streamlined business processes. Tax forms, leases, and questionnaires are all easily filled out and collected due to everything being electronic. Our tenants love that they can complete everything on their phone and submit it at any time of day. Eliminating scanning was also a huge benefit. ### 39. We had to have a way to send electronic signatures to our clients. They found Sign Now. Which was definitely seamless to use. Everything makes sense. Is legally binding. Keeps my files in order by date for me. When I send documents to be signed they are always received by the sender. This site could not be any better. It deserves 10 stars! My company uses it to take care of people's life insurance and it is a website we couldn't live without. It is also a good tax write off for my business and I like it much better than the other document signing things we have used. The price is reasonable and everything makes sense on how to use it. The way that integrates PFD is so nice. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** The thumbnails on the documents could be bigger so you can read them better. I also love how easy it is to upload documents. We deal with a lot of older people who are not very tech savvy, and this is especially easy for them to use. All you have to do is click a few spots on the page, and then email it to the person that needs to sign! This is espcially helpful since Covid-19 has been going on. It keeps unnecessary customers out of the office for something they can easily do from their own phone in the comfort of their own home. I also love that it allows you to add your own text, check marks, dates, whatever you need to add to a document. There is also a space in the send document field where you can type your own personal email to the signer. Oh! And you can add other people to sign the document too! This is super helpful when I have to send detailed instructions to the elderly customers that might need help understanding how to sign the document. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I really don't dislike anything, it is so great! One of the things that I love about it is that it send you an email when you have officially sent the document and then as soon as the person or people that need to sign the document have done so, you get another email! It is lightning fast and so easy to use! I use it so many times a day too! **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Sign now is wonderful and their help staff is amazing too! We have been using sign now for several years and we love it. The benefits of this program is that you don't have to worry about people coming in and exposing themselves or us in the office to Covid-19. SignNow is part of our process flow for every contract, every authorization, and even internal documentation. We love being able to get signatures on all forms where required, and that SignNow is even HIPAA compliant. The direct link between SignNow and Drobox keeps all of our documents where we need them. We have a copy in email, in signnow, and in Dropbox so we can always find documents when needed. Having used other products in the past, we have found SignNow has better advanced capabilities, and is extremely easy to use. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** The only drawback with SignNow is when setting up templates in pre configured forms the field sizes cannot always be made small enough (dropdown fields, for instance, are pre-set to be too large for a little box that just needs a Y or N filled in). My recommendation to improve upon this would be to not have a base default size for fields and allow them to be sized at whatever the end user feels is right for the form. Additionally, allowing fields to overlap slightly would help in tighter checkbox areas in predesigned forms. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Get a trial and just use it. It's simple, and will likely accomplish everything you need a document signing platform. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved so many problems with SignNow. First, we set up all newhire onboarding packets in SignNow including insurance enrollments so new hires now just complete an easy packet at we never miss a document. The other benefit we have realized with SigNow is that we can change a signer if needed without redoing the entire document. ### 42. One feature I particularly like are the templates, I love having the ability create templates this makes document control super easy and also means I am able to use this very easily with my team . I also love the great choice of signitures avaliable and from a client perspective its great too, my clients have commented how easy it is to use from their side. It is also extremely handy for storage of important documents and provides a fantastic audit trail, you can see signing history and get updates as to where things are. I send out a lot of contracts to clients all over the place and this makes it secure, easy and efficient to get all of my contracts out to clients. It produces a super proffesional looking interface to my clients and really ups our game. Prior to having signNow we created contract PDF's which would take a huge amount of time and effort for our clients to complete and sign, signNow makes the process really easy. One of the best ting about using signNow is its carbon foot print being so low as you dont need to print off huge contracts just to sign one page, it can all be done via the web saving trees. Given the fact that it doesnt waste so much paper I feel a lot better about using signNow than I do about printing off endless bits of paper. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** None that are worth mentioning its great **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Use it, you wont be dissapointed its so easy to use and great for the environment! **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting down on cost due as we dont need to print anything, this is also much more secure than sending a PDF as you can cancel a contract once sent. ### 46. While I appreciate the clarity of the interface, it would be helpful to have more pulldown menus and the like. I would also like the fields to snap to shape. If I add a signature requirement, I would like it to auto-resize to the box or line for the signature. This is an Adobe feature I liked. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** I would recommend it for users who like the plug and play style experience. It is easy to use and they have good video tutorials on how to complete tasks. Some of the people I need to sign the documents are older so technology can be intimidating and I think the clearer every section is, the better. I wish that there was also an option where Sign now can prefill a form - i.e. when theres a lot to fill sign now can just fill in the blanks and I can review. This ticks all the boxes for our business. Also the ability to filter the results of who has signed and who hasn't makes following up with people easy. I did a fairly comprehensive comparison of most of the signing products available on the market before deciding on SignNow, and can say that nothing comes close to the features this has at this price point. The online help chat is also great, and a rep has always been available to speak whenever I needed it. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I found it difficult to update my payment details, but it is probably because it was the first time I had done it. It also took me a while to get my head around inputting the dynamic fields onto the documents I had created, but I think each platform has it's own way of presenting it. Once I had worked it out, it became a simple process which I have managed to use on all documents I have had to send out. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used it for sending contracts, and to deliver training to our staff that requires signing. With the issue of the pandemic we have had to do all of the normal things electronically, and recording a signature was essential for this process. I simply imported the word document versions of my contracts, added the drag-and-drop fields to fill out, then sent it to my prospects! I received my first signature the same day! It was very simple to line up the text and signature fields so that it looked very professional. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Grouping contracts would be nice to have in the lower business plan. I have two contracts that every customer must sign and it would save even more time if I could send them in a single notification instead of separate. It would also make the list of documents less cluttered. This feature is available on the higher paid plans, but it isn't worth it alone for me just to organize my screen. I feel that helping us organize the screen would be a more basic function on the business plan. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Be careful comparing prices at the entry level between products. It depends on your use-case and there is a vast difference between solutions. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small business, having long paper contracts to satisfy the attorneys and insurance companies can be a pain because every page needs initials.
