**What do you like best about Signify?**

I like that I can track exactly when a document has been opened, viewed, and completed. It’s also really helpful to be able to collect and archive all my documents in different folders and build a large library of project-related files. Overall, Signify has helped me and my company create an online database for all our documents and fully replace our paperwork system, which has been a huge relief and a meaningful cost-related benefit for the company. The platform’s integration capabilities also significantly elevate its enterprise value. By embedding its core e-signature and document collection features directly into an organization’s existing software stack, it helps eliminate data silos, reduces transcription errors, and supports a unified, legally compliant workflow across all business departments. Custumer service is excellent, highly knowledgeble support teams provides assistance almoss immediately upon our requests.The system operates with zero lag, instantly generating templates and sending secure signing links in real time, even when handling complex, multi-page documents. AI's capabilities go beyond basic field recognition; it extracts stakeholder data directly from the document context to automatically create and sync new entries within the team's contact database. This drastically reduces manual data entry, freeing up valuable time for high-priority tasks.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

There's barely anything I dislike about Signify system, but if I have to point out one flaw, it takes to much steps, when I'm sending document for signing.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Signify, all our documents were collected in printed form, Signify helped us to modernize the way we collect our documents in digital form, which was major benefit

**What do you like best about Signify?**

The best thing about Signify is how much time it saves. Besides being an excellent e-signature platform, it helps me manage tasks, track approvals, and organize my workflow in one place. It simplifies routine processes, improves collaboration, and makes everyday work much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Signify. If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would like Signify to preserve signatures on previously signed documents when they are attached as supporting documents to a new signing request. Currently, the signatures are removed, even though the attached document is intended only as supporting evidence and should remain exactly as originally signed. Preserving the integrity of signed documents in these cases would be a valuable enhancement.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signify has helped me eliminate many manual and time-consuming administrative tasks. Instead of printing, scanning, emailing, and manually tracking documents, I can manage the entire signing process digitally in one place. I also use Signify to organize tasks, monitor approvals, and keep track of document status, which has significantly improved my workflow. As a result, our processes are faster, more transparent, and more efficient, allowing me to focus on higher-value work instead of routine administrative activities.

**What do you like best about Signify?**

I've been using Signify across approximately five companies where I work, both as an in-house lawyer and as a project-based legal consultant. It has become one of the most valuable tools in my daily work.

Signify has significantly simplified our document signing process, making it faster, more organized, and much more efficient. Instead of dealing with printing, scanning, and exchanging multiple email versions, I can manage the entire signing workflow in one place. This has saved a considerable amount of time for both me and my clients.

As someone who handles a large volume of contracts and legal documents every day, I appreciate how intuitive, reliable, and easy to use the platform is. It has become an essential part of my legal practice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure and efficient e-signature solution.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

There were some features that I wasn't completely satisfied with at first. However, I can confidently say that Signify is constantly improving. The platform is regularly updated with new features and enhancements, and it's clear that the team actively listens to customer feedback. I've seen continuous improvements over time, and the staff is responsive, supportive, and genuinely committed to adapting the platform to their clients' needs.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Signify for contract management. I upload contract templates, prepare documents, send them for signature, and keep everything organized in one place. The tagging feature makes it incredibly easy to categorize and find documents, which has significantly improved my workflow and saved me a lot of time.

One of my favorite recent additions is the AI functionality. It's great to see the platform continuously evolving with features that make legal work even more efficient.

**What do you like best about Signify?**

What I like best about Signify is its innovative mindset and positive work culture. There isn’t anything I strongly dislike about Signify. Occasionally, I come across small issues or processes that could be improved, but whenever I report them to the support team, they respond quickly and resolve them efficiently. I appreciate that feedback is taken seriously and that there is a willingness to continuously improve.

**What do you like best about Signify?**

I use Signify to track and store documents, and it helps us save a lot of time. We can store and save documents without using physical A4 paper. It's very convenient because it helps me track and store data of my trainees quickly and effectively. Recently I had 16 trainees who had to sign documents related to the company, and Signify let me send the electronic version of the documents to them in 5 minutes instead of 30. The way we can send these documents is very convenient. You can upload a file with trainee contact data and save a lot of time. The initial setup was perfectly easy.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

One thing that didn't work well for me was when I went to use a template and a colleague had used it incorrectly, it ended up affecting my interface too. The issue was in the section where you have to add contacts. We were taught to skip that part and add the group from the next page that has the option to upload from a file. But someone had added contacts in the section we were told not to. So when I uploaded my file, it wouldn't let me move to the next step and send the message to the trainees. I was only able to fix it after a colleague advised me to delete that person from that section. It was disruptive and I'd like to see some safeguard to prevent this from happening.

It helps us save a lot of time and store documents without using physical A4 paper. I can track and store my trainees' data quickly. Recently I sent documents to 16 trainees in 5 minutes instead of 30, and uploading a file with contact data saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Signify?**

We have employees located across different regions, and Signify has made communication and the signing of agreements much easier and more efficient. Honestly, it's hard to imagine how we managed before implementing it. I love the simplicity, speed, and the ability to complete agreements remotely, which saves time for both HR and employees. It also works well for handling employee agreements without needing people to come to the office just to sign documents, which is helpful nowadays with the world increasingly focused on digitalization. I prepare documents in Microsoft Word and then use Signify to send them for electronic signatures, and the platform works smoothly for me overall.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

The platform is exceptionally user-friendly and reliable. It makes signing and tracking company documents incredibly fast, saving us a massive amount of time and paper. The intuitive interface and smooth workflow are what we appreciate the most

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. It works perfectly for our needs, though it would be great to see even more advanced integrations with other third-party project management tools in the future updates.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signify helps us address a major operational challenge: we've been using it for years to send sales and purchase agreements to our clients on a daily basis. That workflow is exceptionally comfortable and convenient for both our company and our customers, enabling us to finalize very important documents remotely and extremely fast. By completely eliminating physical paperwork, Signify has saved us a tremendous amount of time and energy every single day and has streamlined how we handle documents.

**What do you like best about Signify?**

Signify simplifies internal and external document signing and approval processes, we use it everyday. 
Complies with Georgian legislation, offering legally valid electronic signatures.
Simple and intuitive UI makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users and reduces the time spent on manual document processing and physical signatures.
For now we are working for integration with other internal systems.
Local customer service and support team understands Georgian legal and business context.
Signify’s E-Signature API has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for our organization. The integration process was seamless, and the tool continues to deliver consistent performance, enhancing both efficiency and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. This creates a degree of legal uncertainty, especially in high-risk or high-value agreements.
Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure.
We would like to see the documentation accounting and search systems become more robust.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signify is solving the problem of inefficient, paper-based document workflows and the lack of secure, legally compliant e-signature solutions tailored to the Georgian market.
For us, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to sign, send, and manage documents internally and with external partners. We no longer depend on printing, scanning, or physical presence for approvals and signatures. This has improved our operational efficiency, reduced administrative overhead, and allowed for faster decision-making — especially valuable in remote or hybrid work environments.

Regarding the legality, It’s worth noting that when both parties agree to use electronic signatures, government bodies have no legal basis to reject such documents. Georgian law fully recognizes electronic signatures as you have already mentioned in your comment, including those applied via platforms like Signify.

Moreover, there have already been court cases in Georgia where documents signed on Signify were reviewed - for example, one party using a qualified electronic signature (QES) and the other a simple electronic signature. While some institutions remain cautious due to habit or unfamiliarity, this does not affect the legal validity of electronically signed agreements.
