We have extensive file transfer requirements with varying file sizes being sent to us. Our customers were experiencing issues with larger files (i.e. several GB in size) taking a long time, timing out, retries, etc. We brought in Signiant Media Shuttle to help with these use cases and the results were extremely better than what our current solution was providing. We are huge fans of the significantly reduced time to transfer large files. On the occasion where extremely large files (i.e. >= 1TB ) are transferred, it would take several hours however our previous solution would take several days (if it succeeded at all). Also, the "Auto Delivery" feature (licensed by Enterprise version) helps automate file transfers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
