  ### 1. Real pipeline visibility and cleaner KPIs for my sales team

**What do you like best about Signalon?**

Finally have real visibility into what my sales team is actually doing. Before Signalon I was flying blind - pipeline reports from reps, no way to verify engagement, no idea where deals were actually stalling. Now I can see exactly which proposals got opened, how long prospects spent reviewing them, and where the conversation dropped off. Setting KPIs for reps became so much easier when you have actual activity data instead of gut feelings. The reporting dashboards give me what I need for weekly reviews without chasing anyone for updates.

**What do you dislike about Signalon?**

Overall solid product. One thing I would love to see - the ability to make calls directly inside the proposal. Right now you still need to jump to a separate tool for that. Would be a game changer if that was built in natively.

**What problems is Signalon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two big ones. First - visibility. I never knew where deals were actually stuck until it was too late. Signalon surfaces the bottlenecks in real time - I can see if a proposal has been sitting unread for a week or if only one stakeholder out of five has engaged. Second - the sales and marketing loop. My reps were constantly pulling marketing into one-off requests. With automated proposal generation based on qualification data that bottleneck is basically gone. Both teams are moving faster.

**What do you like best about Signalon?**

As a marketer, building accurate buyer personas used to take forever. With Signalon I finally see real engagement data - who spends time on what, which sections resonate, how proposals get shared internally. That insight completely changed how we build our ICP profiles. On top of that, working with their enablement team we set up automated proposal generation based on lead qualification data. Sales stopped coming back to marketing every five minutes asking for custom materials. That alone was worth it.

**What do you dislike about Signalon?**

Still building out some features. But the core product delivers and they ship updates fast.

**What problems is Signalon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing and sales were constantly misaligned. Sales kept asking for custom proposals, we kept guessing what buyers actually cared about. Signalon fixed both. Automated proposals based on lead data means sales gets what they need without pulling us in. And the engagement analytics finally give us real data to refine our messaging and personas.

**What do you like best about Signalon?**

Honestly, Signalon has been a game changer for our team. As a marketer, I finally have visibility into what happens AFTER we hand leads to sales. I can see which content actually resonates with buyers, how long they spend on proposals, what sections they skip. That feedback loop between marketing and sales? We never had that before. Plus the deal rooms look super polished - our prospects always comment on how professional everything feels compared to a random PDF in their inbox.

**What do you dislike about Signalon?**

The product is still early stage so some features are fairly basic. Would love to see more advanced signing options - for example QES  for larger contracts where additional verification is required. That would make it a complete solution for enterprise deals.

**What problems is Signalon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were drowning in email threads and PDF proposals with zero visibility into what buyers actually did with them. Signalon fixed that. Now I know who opened what, when, and for how long. My follow-ups are way more targeted and I stopped guessing. Huge time saver for someone juggling sales.
