**What do you like best about SigmaMind AI?**

Working with Sigma AI is easy!  The team is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.  The Sigma AI tool works as described. The setup is as esy as explaining your workflow(s) and other necessary components.  Then, the team will set you up and allow you to test the system against your live tickets.  They've kept every promise made to us during the sale cycle.

**What do you dislike about SigmaMind AI?**

I'd like to see a smaller price per ticket but we're off to a great start.

**What problems is SigmaMind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to automate the easy one and done tickets in our CRM system.  This helps us to reduce our response time and resolution time.
