&lt;p&gt;For us it was a market where prepaid numbers are the norm rather than the exception, our default rules were flagging way too many legitimate signups there before we adjusted. Telesign&#39;s risk scoring gave us enough visibility to tune region-specific thresholds instead of one blanket rule everywhere.&lt;/p&gt;
