I like that SiftHub can rapidly write intelligent answers when searching through the resources provided, particularly with features like autofill and writing answers. What do you dislike about SiftHub? You can only load ONE primary document for autofill. We often have more than one primary document that requires autofill. For example, a recent RFP required four separate spreadsheets to be completed. There was no possible way to do this through a Project with SiftHub. I tried, but it would only fill the single primary document. So I abandoned the project and just did the autofill for the four files without creating a project. It's fairly easy to use; just by adding a link to the document, it fills in the responses, over 100 of them, in minutes. The setup was fairly easy too, with just a few repository file uploads. I really like SiftHub's automated response feature, which utilizes a browser extension that automatically picks up questions in a particular format. You just need to specify the column for the answers, and by the time you return from a break, all the answers are ready. This feature is fantastic. There's also a manual option where you can click on any question, and the system auto-selects and answers it with the relevant response. The ease of refining an AI-generated answer before sending it out in the final client-facing format is a big plus for me, and the use of agent data based on existing sources in the system makes it very effective. Sometimes the accuracy tilts because of the way it considers both product and as well as security controls internally in an organization. The controls within the organization and the controls for the product are slightly different, which sometimes it mixes up and sends off the response. Being able to pull historical knowledge directly from Google Drive, Slack, and our internal documents saves hours of hunting for the "latest" version of an answer. The accuracy is impressive—I’ve found that it autofills about 80-90% of the questionnaire correctly, leaving me with only minor tweaks rather than a blank page.
