**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

I like that SifData Alerts provides accurate and timely signals, especially for our DACH market. The real-time alerts for leadership changes, company expansions, funding, or tech updates are almost always relevant and actionable. This helps me reach out at the perfect moment, making our messaging more personal and effective, which greatly improves our response rates. I also appreciate that the alerts are easy to scan and prioritize without clutter or useless notifications. It's simple to connect the insights to our existing CRM and outreach tools, allowing us to act fast without extra work. For our team focused on smart, timely B2B sales in the DACH region, it's a game-changer for staying ahead of opportunities.

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

The biggest one is that coverage for smaller German SMEs and local mid-market companies isn’t as deep as it is for larger enterprises. We miss some relevant signals from smaller target accounts that matter to us. The user interface also feels a bit dated and less intuitive compared to modern tools like Apollo or Lusha. Setting up custom alerts can take more steps than it should, and filtering or organizing alerts can be clunky at times. We’ve also noticed that some alerts arrive slightly delayed or lack context, which means we still have to do extra research to fully understand the opportunity. Integration with our CRM works, but it’s not as smooth or automated as we’d like—there’s still manual work to link alerts to existing leads.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SifData Alerts for real-time lead intelligence. It helps track key changes at target accounts, allowing timely outreach in decision-making phases. The alerts are accurate and easy to integrate with CRM, boosting personal messaging and response rates.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

It assists organizations with scaling by following key occupation changes in their CRM to form pipelines and reduce agitate. The foremost straightforward gathering is to line with an individual who cherishes your organization and has been your customer before. And therefore, the best features which I really like the foremost are Native SDFC Integration and Month-to-month & annual agreements.

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

To be honest, I didn't find any loopholes or weak points in the product. Sometimes it's difficult for us to call everyone because there is a lot of data, but it is from our end, so the software is perfect and so nothing to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering SifData Alerts:**

A perfect product so, everyone should use it, and I'm sure no disappointments would be there, and Of course, there are alternatives, i.e., Gazelle.ai, Boostup, OceanFrogs, etc., but I can assure you that SifData is the best among all.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using SifData to signal up when our bosses and advertisers have proceeded onward to new roles, which we were searching for quite a while. It permits us to be proactive and following the entirety of the previous clients/purchasers of our item.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

Getting notified if a key contact is leaving an organization.  It helps you prevent churn before the replacement has been hired.  It also gives your sales team the information they need to reach out to that contact and turn their new company into a customer.

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

Like any tool, this is not a "silver bullet" to maintain the account or sign a new one, just a good starting point.  It would be nice if they could provide some leading indicators that someone may be leaving ahead of time, just a thought but know that data would be hard to accurately produce.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Across my team in our region, we can see what decision-makers are moving to our next top target accounts, giving us the best chance to get ahead of the competition or to try and start wedging ourselves in against them.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

ISifdata takes the guesswork out of tracking your champions. They are the easiest and best prospects to target when they leave a company. They join a new org looking to make an impact and bring their experience with good tooling. So it points you in this right direction.

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

Som manual tagging to begin with but once it is set up it does your job.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking champions and easily identifying repeat buyers.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

Our business has been using the SifData alerts to capture users of our product in their moves to new positions or new companies.  This intel is invaluable as those folks tend to convert to customers again at a very high rate.  

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

Nothing we dislike, the info is pushed right into SFDC and we control the number of contacts we bubble up for review.

**Recommendations to others considering SifData Alerts:**

Making title/company moves systematic in Salesforce mitigates a lot of risk of your Sales team not staying in touch with top prospects.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contacts that have our used or purchased our product in the past generally do not get any outreach unless they come inbound or happen to move to another target company.  SifData allows us to be proactive and tracking all of the former users/buyers of our product and which companies they move to - effectively expanding our target accounts and teeing up much higher win rate opportunities.

The ability to know where your previous users are at all times and get alerted to them instantly. Additionally, their support team is exceptional to work with.

I honestly do not have any complaints. SifData has it figured out.

SifData has allowed us to track champion movement via integrating with our CRM.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

We've been searching for Sifdata for years for the following use cases:
1) CSM: if a major POC at an account leaves the company, alert CSM to forge new relationship
2) BDR: if an evangelist leaves an account, then lands a role at a different target account, alert BDR to reach out

Sifdata beautifully helps us solve both by tracking title/company changes for a select set of our SFDC contacts. The data lands in SFDC fields, from which we can create alerts/workflows/etc to finally, FINALLY, track these changes. 

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

It's not an exact science, but I get it - differing company names or minor title differences can be hard to solve for. This is <3% of our contacts, which is fine by us.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See above. We closed a massive amount of "Ex contact, new company" business since signing up with Sifdata. It's harder to track the churn impact of sifdata, though I feel it's helping immensely.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

It was very easy for us to implement SifData to automatically track job and title changes for key champions and customers based on social updates, and alert the owner to those changes. What I like the most is that it stores all the information in a separate custom object, so you can see all the past changes in a related list. When you look at a contact, you can easily see all the context and past activity to then reach out for a promotion, left company, rebrand, etc. I also like how Sifdata shows the confidence level and compares the old vs. new value.

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

Nothing about the product, but it can be hard to get users to take followup actions on the alerts.

**Recommendations to others considering SifData Alerts:**

Have regular reviews of which contacts to track, Sifdata is selfservice and you can decide to track/de-activate at will. We had a conversation about how we could theoretically cover 3x-4x our total contact limit because it's also smart enough to prioritize updates so that it continues where it last left off, instead of randomly updating contacts. 

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to track champions to other companies, stay in contact, and initiate conversations at the right time. It's much cleaner to see their job history in Salesforce, and helps Sales and Customer Success to take action. The initial push to get Sifdata was based off our track record of having strong advocates who have bought our solution multiple times and are willing to champion us at a new company.

SifData real time alerts! It's great to have real time alerting every time an advocate of your product changes companies.

everything about this product is great -- Kyle has a great vision on how to continuously improve the product to keep up with current industry demands

If you have a product which is very sticky, but also highly advocated by a specific user / function within a company, I would highly suggest SifData for this contact tracking

We are solving the problem of our product advocates leaving and going to other companies. We have realized significant value in tracking these contacts.

**What do you like best about SifData Alerts?**

We've been using SifData to flag up when our champions and net promoters have moved on to new roles which was something we were looking for for a long time

**What do you dislike about SifData Alerts?**

Nothing wrong with Sif but the salesforce interface that Sif operates in could use some work.

**What problems is SifData Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest loss of accounts and for deals that were going through were when key people leave/move roles, it's saving deals and preventing churns.
