It's intuitive and helpful and I love the 'mark as done' functionality **What do you dislike about Shortwave?** The notifications are not getting as frequently as I'd like them to have. **What problems is Shortwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** First of all it helps you organize your workplace. I've started using it for work but now it's just standard. Interactions with colleagues are easier thanks to the channels, the emoji reactions and the mentions methods but what make everything easier is the Pin, snooze or done method. Wonderfull! ### 4. However, Shortwave is a lifesaver. The mailbox is very well organized and offers much more functionality besides just sending and receiving emails. The auto-send functionality helps me schedule emails during the week. **What do you dislike about Shortwave?** The interface gets slightly slower at times when there is a heavy load of emails inbound or outbound. The additional features that it gave me were not really of enough value for me to continue usage. **What problems is Shortwave solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was hoping to switch it to my primary email application but unfortunately, it did not fulfill that needs enough for me to make the switch.
