Shortwave search capabilities are awesome as you can elaborate and ask the AI more precisely what email you are looking for specifically, and it's fast. I also like the AI tweaking my emails and making them better. I never send an email anymore without AI upgrading my emails, making them more professional, elaborative, and clear. They have a new feature which is called Team Comments, where I can add comments to the team on specific emails enhancing my collaboration. I use it every day all day. left my other email program as Shortwave became my focal communication center and they made it so easy.
