Shopgenie has been an incredible asset at our shop. I am 33 years old so I am pretty good at navigating my way around the internet with websites, marketing and SEO. However I am now reaching the point where I am taking on more responsibilities at the shop where I cannot continue to stay on top of all the changes happening in the tech world. This is where Shopgenie comes into play. In the past I used to do everything myself... website, google ads, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, review reminders, quote requests... etc. Little by little I gave up responsibilites of each of these... I would find companies that would be good at these things... Kukui for website, mailchimp for email blasts, SEO expert for google ads...It was better but time consuming and too many people to juggle around. So when I found Shopgenie... an all in one platform to do it all, it was a relief. Under one roof, all these little time consuming tasks get handled! We just want to fix cars... I no longer want to have to waste my time having to figure out what the new marketing tool is. I have a family at home with a newborn... I just want to fix the car well and make the customer happy and go home to my family. The product is worth every penny... if you are thinking of starting a shop or want to consolidate all your marketing products... it is time to switch to Shopgenie. I got on pretty early so not all of their features were available so it took some time for me to take advantage of all Shopgenie has to offer. Today the product rocks and is ready to supercharge your auto repair shop right from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The appoinment scheduler is the primary driver of ShopGenie to date. Intuitive and easy to use. However when you combine the attributes of ShopGenie with a platform like TekMetric and an easy to build and navigate, along with being very friendly to Google and all search, you now have an all in one platform that's hard to beat. ShopGenie is still raw in development and anyone that engages must be prepared for constant changes that may or may not be succesful when first launched. That doesn't make it dislikable, it just means that patience is needed as the platform matures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the pace at which ShopGenie brings feature requests to market. I love the attention that this small, but nimble upstart is reshaping how we book online appointments in the automotive aftermarket space. And lastly, I love the level to which ShopGenie aligns itself with the most forward-thinking shops around the country, in order to make this product better, and more importantly, to improve guest experience. Having been one of their first clients, I can honestly say that I have not one word of constructive criticism to offer. They have done everything that I've asked of them and delivered on every promise along the way. Simply put, they know the stakes that are on the table, compared to other companies that are 10 times their size and age.
