It is easy to understand and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ShopController?**

I haven't found anything that I am disappointed with.

I use it to do all my office invoices

**What do you like best about ShopController?**

IT personnel and the way they are always so helpful, no matter what time I call there is someone who is able to help.

**What do you dislike about ShopController?**

Set up, getting all the kinks worked out. Our industry is not typical so the set up had to be very customizable 

**What problems is ShopController solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of Customer information, ability to set up auto emails/texts.
