In my last 3 or 4 years of experience with Shipsy, I didn't find any major issues for disliking their services. If they can improve the compatibility of their apps with the latest Android versions and provide apps for iOS, then there's nothing negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shipsy solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are providing us with first mile solutions like a dashboard where our customers can book their parcels and an app where our associates can book parcels for their end customers. Some time site get down or getting error whicle downloading the data from the dashboard panel .

while tracking of the consigment user can not download event label data for that particular shipment without using BI. This need to be devlop for the smooth tracking of the shipment to know history of the consigment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2) Gives a complete overview of a Shipment from First Mile right till the time same is delivered to the CX

1) Confusion between Parent CN / Child CN

2) Instead of giving a proper solution of any problem, most of the time we've been only giving / suggested workarounds
