What do you like best about Sherpany?

Sherpany allows us to hold important files from years earlier so that we can still have available Information for every representative in the same period. In the case of edition, the client will be notified if modified documents are accessible if he chooses to access and submit documents, which makes it great to follow up vital information. What do you dislike about Sherpany?

New version updates should be announced in time, and the effect on current boardrooms should be taken into account in more depth. Also, they should change the way to inform the participants, as the message is entered in a line and is sometimes hard to read. When it comes to pricing, Sherpany is an expensive product. Sherpany is the tool you need if you want to keep important documentation safe. It is also good for every stage conference, as it makes the interaction around the Meeting table simpler as anyone can scan a file on their computer, instead of everyone staring at a display in front of a meeting room. What problems is Sherpany solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the whole of the Company, we use Sherpany to keep important documentation safely in a central location. Also, we use Sherpany Boardroom to conduct conferences, where the news of the organization and the notes of the sessions can be read quickly. For all Board Members, the main benefit we get from Sherpany is that the documentation is often ready for working in paperless sessions, which makes it so flexible, you could use it anywhere. "Speed up conferences planning and scheduling with Sherpany"

What do you like best about Sherpany?

Sherpany helps us to retrieve information from previous meetings quickly. The scheduling for conferences and the delivery of pre-read content were easier and way faster than with that old paper method. Technology is more than that, as it allows directs BoD and the individuals who are involved with this tool to make the whole systems more faster, better and effective. What do you dislike about Sherpany?

The only thing I notice is that people can be perpetrators of technostress and occasionally forget their password to find a report in a meeting. Also, it would be great if Sherpany could automatically be upgraded. However, these are some minor things I don't like about Sherpany and are not too serious. Recommendations to others considering Sherpany:

Sherpany can be used for users that want to have access to different records, as it is extremely efficient to scan the specific statement or map. What problems is Sherpany solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tedious and lengthy method of scanning and sharing files has been omitted in my company thanks to Sherpany. This simplifies and speeds up conferences planning and scheduling and through the paperwork. We no longer use paper and all of our leaders are very delighted with this approach. As every member of our committee also belongs concurrently to many committees instead of getting several files, which often are burdensome and bulky, everything occurs on the IPads. What do you like best about Sherpany?

Sherpany is a very solid platform that offers reliability and consistent design. It makes organizing meetings is so much simpler, so every time you want and from anywhere you are you can set and plan your session. Participants for conferences can be contacted and their records can be viewed every time, wherever and whether they are provided by the data they collect. Sherpany eliminates the need for paper binders, something we were looking for in software. My favorite thing is the double-stage authentication system, as it offers a better approach to the markets. What do you dislike about Sherpany?

Since I like to read large letters, I couldn't see the full page and had problems to navigate around the first time. Also, to connect with all board members lacks an advanced message system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sherpany is an outstanding resource for planning a conference and saving time. It is really helpful to make you more constructive. This the best software that renders an office paperless, which means there are fewer documents, less clutter, and fewer sheets. We use Sherpany as a media distribution platform between the members of the board of directors. There has been a great improvement in the access to documents from previous encounters and basic information since we started using Sherpany because the number of e-mails is reduced and all the relevant documentation centralized. I can consult my documents anywhere and I don’t have to worry about security. I can use documents as if they were on paper - highlight important information, take notes, etc. Since all the board and management team uses it, we can clarify some topics before our meetings and it helps improve the overall discussion.
