**What do you like best about SetSmart?**

Support goes the extra mile to implement features which allowed us to build workflows tailored to our situation and negotiated more favourable pricing terms for multi account deals

**What do you dislike about SetSmart?**

I think the service was originally built in french, this has lead to documentation and specific parts of the webpage being in french

**What problems is SetSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automating inbound dm handling, automatic dm handlign as well as a connector for analyzing conversations via AI
