It's convenient because we have it set up to intake issues from the end user via chat, so they just have to click on the bot and ask what it needs. I also appreciate having the ability to log in and modify what it sends and what it can review easily, which makes adding new materials and areas of scope easier. I like that Moveworks makes tracking employee movement in buildings efficient by quickly assigning spaces and reservations. I appreciate that it's simple and easy to implement, which made the initial setup very easy. I enjoy the building mapping for space management and the interactive hovering feature.
