**What do you like best about ServiceFolder?**

It can be used on a phone/mobile, which makes it handy. i get all clients' information on one clickearlier i personly faced , I can see and manage schedules and meetings. I handle incoming and outgoing orders.

**What do you dislike about ServiceFolder?**

earlier, i was not able to comprehend with the system but as days passed, i got a good grasp on it. the templates are limited and need more options to edit.

**What problems is ServiceFolder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we can access acounting system and crm through the Service folder.saves time of data entry in every platform and eliminates errors. reports generated by service folder are customisable. The support provided by the servicefolder is priceless.

Simple and easy to use. Gets the information to the technician that is needed.

i didn't encounter any dislikes at the time of usage

The ability to efficiently schedule work tasks, manage work order data, invoice work completed, and communicate with our clients about work being completed.
