The platform's formatting functionality does not yet fully mirror that of MS Word, which can sometimes be time consuming when moving content between platforms e.g., drafting and editing content in the platform, before moving into MS Word for formatting, upload and submission.

Sequesto enables us to quickly and easily create strong first draft tender responses. The 'James' AI draws upon our library of bid responses and intelligently answers the questions guided by our prompts. It typically saves 40-50% of drafting time and on one occasion supported a winning tender to be created in 24 hours! But more than that, James helps us to summarize tender requirements, informs bid qualification decisions, and also helps identify red flags in contract terms. It offers so much more than originally anticipated and is continually evolving. The Customer Success team maintains good engagement and is very supportive, and importantly, our feedback is valued and often acted upon. It provides great value. There is very little that I dislike about Sequesto, in fact I am struggling to pinpoint anything. The very small elements that I haven't been a fan of, such as minor formatting issues have all been 'fixed' by Sequesto within a week and so they are no longer concerns for me and didn't hinder my use of Sequesto in the first place. Sequesto saves a huge amount of time wading through previous tender responses to find the material you wish to include in a new tender. It is incredibly good at mining information fed into the library and formulating a good response. It enables us to create first draft responses to proposal questions quickly, minimising the need to start from scratch or with a blank page. The tool then makes collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and reviewers much more straightforward and helps negate issues with version control. The ability to collaborate through the tool also saves a huge amount of time, making it easy for multiple users to work on multiple questions in parallel. The tool is ever evolving so not necessarily to polished final product from day one. However, this has had advantages as we have been very much involved in the development journey with the Sequesto team who are more than happy to take on board feedback and integrate it into their development roadmap.
