**What do you like best about SentryPC?**

When it was actually working, it took screenshots.

**What do you dislike about SentryPC?**

The software constantly broke down and would not work. When I brought this to the attention of support - they said, and this is a direct quote "Oddly enough the thousands of other customers we have are not having an issue so I have to believe this problem is on your end of things." The software is busted and the customer support employees are immature.

**What problems is SentryPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking employee productivity and providing security.

I use this for parental control as well!  

**What do you dislike about SentryPC?**

I don't like that it shows other users they are being monitored. .

**Recommendations to others considering SentryPC:**

You can use this in your personal life or for your work life! 

**What problems is SentryPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can save so much time by monitoring user activity. It is nice to be able to record what they are doing in order to have evidence when building a case against someone.
