What do you like best about SenseOn?

The team supporting it, when IT security isn't your main field it can sometimes be difficult to correlate the data provided by systems like SenseOn, the SOC responses to cases are concise and informative and show a clear understanding of why the incident does / does not require further attention.

Access to support is fast and with access to technicians that understand the product and are able to answer your questions on your first contact.

The amount of cases escalated to internal resources for review are minimal cutting down the noise associatted with tolls of this type significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SenseOn?

It's hard to pick on something, the service is excellent, the product is solid, If im being really picky a dislike is the price but you get what you pay for.

The only other negative is the amount of technical info provided in the dash can be intimidating certainly if cybersecurity isnt your primary field, that said im sure this can also be seen as a benefit for cyber security pros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SenseOn?

As a small firm without a 24/7 InfoSec team, SenseOn is a perfect fit. It allows us focus on business needs instead of IT logs and alerts. It’s a great partnership. You don’t get the feeling you’re buying a SaaS application and plugging it in, but rather it’s an extension of the department you can call on at any time if you need help, advice, or guidance.

The dashboard’s chat function connects us directly to security professionals, bypassing service desk queues and email triaging. We get instant access to skilled engineers for quick threat investigations at a time when we need it most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SenseOn?

This is a tough one to answer. Over the course of our contract, SenseOn has consistently sought our feedback on any dislikes or areas for improvement, allowing us to have a small but meaningful impact on shaping their offering.

Their technical teams have collaborated with us on various issues, from diagnosing agent memory leaks on old OS platforms to creating advanced hunting queries to track down bespoke threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SenseOn?

SenseOn is a product which has given us a security team in minutes. The platform gives us reassurance and great insights to our environment we didn't have before, while not overloading us with alerts. We were able to deploy the agent and sensors in no time, no reboots required, and we were getting data we had no visibility of immediately. The analysts at Senseon are the best at communicating I have worked with, while the quality of the alerts we receive make sure that we aren't spending too much time on the platform. What do you dislike about SenseOn?

What do you like best about SenseOn?

Definitely feel the firm is in a safe pair of hands. The number of breaches SenseOn intercepts is explained at the regular Service Delivery meetings and shows very clearly the impact the service has on our network. The overview is shown in an easy to see format, meaning it is possible to explain what is happening to board members.

When there is an issue which needs looking at, the team are very quick to respond (in both directions - ie, when we have an issue and when SenseOn highlight one to us). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SenseOn?
