I work in recruiting, where it is vital to be able to reach potential teammates and working teammates quickly and effectively. In today's society, it is more common for people to answer a text than a phone call. Sense gives us the ability to quickly communicate and get people the right opportunities. I want to be able to quickly send a text and have my app load quickly and efficiently. You cannot change the names once they have transferred over from our recruiting system.
