"Keeps a complex sale grounded in substance"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

With a global sales org, ramp used to be inconsistent across regions, and having a single, centralized content set fixed that. Pitch coaching now reaches every region at once instead of trickling out office by office. When we run a product launch, it arrives with its pitch scenarios already attached, so teams aren’t piecing things together on their own. Granular permissions also mean each region sees only what it should.

Rolling pitch updates to thousands of reps has stopped being a manual project. Bringing a new market online now takes days because the playbook is already centralized. Our success contact understands what it takes to support a sales org at our scale, not just the features. Reporting rolls up across every region into one framework I can share with the board, and it handled our headcount without the performance problems I expected at this scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Cohort views by region and product line still require an export, rather than being available in a single native screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

New messaging used to reach the field weeks late, but now the coaching layer lands with the launch. Reps previously practiced scenarios that didn’t reflect live deals; the libraries now capture and track the real conversations. New reps were taking too long to reach quota at our volume, and standardized practice is getting them productive sooner. Coaching also used to be generic across thousands of reps, whereas the analysis now directs each person to their specific weak spot. Onboarding had been tying up senior reps we needed selling, and centralizing practice has freed them up. Messaging used to drift between regions, but a central library now keeps every market on the approved pitch. Finally, spinning up training for a new region meant duplicate sessions and trainers; now the same library reaches everyone from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cuts the mocks a manager has to run"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can clone a playbook scenario and adapt it for a new product in an afternoon. The mobile experience means practice isn’t chained to a desk, so reps can fit it in wherever they are. They build confidence handling tough objections before they ever face a buyer. The fact that the roadmap keeps moving based on customer input is a big part of why I’ve stayed. I can also tailor coaching to each rep based on what the analysis flags, which makes the feedback more targeted and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I’d like richer out-of-the-box manager views. Right now, I have to build the readiness snapshot myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

My senior closers used to lose selling hours running mock calls, but this tool now takes care of that repetition. We were burning live opportunities on reps who weren’t ready, and that stopped once practice moved off real deals. Before, reps would show up to live calls underprepared; now they arrive having already rehearsed the hard moments. New AEs previously took months to contribute, and these days they’re quota-ready in weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Standardizes ramp across every region"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Every product launch now ships with a coaching layer, so reps can drill the new pitch the same week it goes live. We’re able to push a single approved sales playbook to thousands of reps without needing a per-office rollout. Coverage in thirty-plus languages lets us keep one ramp standard across markets. Having Salesforce data sitting next to practice results also gives managers one place to look instead of jumping between tools.

Each product line can run its own scenario library while we still govern everything centrally. When a line changes its pitch, the owning team updates its library directly, which keeps things current without creating bottlenecks. Permissions are detailed enough to pass a security review without exceptions. Spinning up a new region took days because the content and permissions were already centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The moving avatars still aren’t quite perfect, but I’ve heard that an improved version is on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp never traveled well across regions. Each team ended up rebuilding its own playbook until we moved to a single, governed content set that finally put everyone on the same page. We also didn’t have a consistent way to prove that ramp was landing across markets; the scoring now gives us one data-backed read that works everywhere.

Training used to be run separately in every region, and quality drifted over time. A standard set of scenarios helped pull things back together. Markets were building ramp in isolation, but central libraries have unified what people practice and reference.

As we started hiring at scale, trainer hours couldn’t keep up, and self-serve practice removed that ceiling. Onboarding was also pulling senior reps away from selling to mentor new hires; centralizing practice gave that capacity back. Finally, leadership didn’t have a single picture of readiness across the full footprint, and the platform now rolls it up into one consistent framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Grades pitch accuracy, not delivery polish"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Centralized content and permission management is what made this workable across our regions. Ramp stays consistent because every rep trains on the same scenarios, no matter the region. I also appreciate that the roadmap responds to enterprise asks with real timelines instead of vague promises. Overall, the platform let us retire a patchwork of regional sales training in favor of one governed system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Cohort reporting by hire wave, region, and role still requires an export, rather than being available in a single native view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

New reps used to take too long to reach quota at our volume, but a standardized approach gets them productive sooner. Rolling out a launch to every market previously meant months of coordination; now the coaching layer ships with the product everywhere at once. Reps also used to face tough negotiations for the first time on live deals, whereas now they can rehearse those conversations beforehand. Training quality once varied by trainer and by office, and having a single, governed set of scenarios has helped level it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps the pitch current in the practice library"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Localized scenarios mean our non-English sales teams can finally ramp up at the same pace as the English ones. The analysis highlights product-claim accuracy, which is exactly where reps tend to slip. Having practice and reporting in one place is what made the switch feel worth it. I’m no longer rebuilding the library from scratch every time the pitch changes. The cohort data helps me spot patterns I can turn into targeted sales coaching. Self-onboarding was quick enough that I was building scenarios on day one. And the customer success team understands what I’m trying to solve, not just how the tool works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

More native connectors would really help. The team has already shipped a few that I asked for, so I’m hopeful they’ll keep adding more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reps were basically learning on live calls, and those misses cost us. Now they work through the scenario before they ever touch a real account. I also didn’t have any objective way to validate that the program was working; the data now gives me a clear readiness read that doesn’t depend on a manager’s gut feel. Reps used to show up to coaching cold, but now they arrive warmed up, so the session can focus on the hard parts instead of the basics. Onboarding used to absorb all of my training capacity and leave nothing for coaching, and that capacity is back now that new hires can self-pace through the fundamentals. I didn’t have a reliable read on which reps actually knew the product, and the breakdown now shows me who’s solid and who’s guessing. Finally, scaling used to mean hiring more trainers, but reusable scenarios let the program grow without needing to add headcount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns ad hoc ramp into a repeatable process"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can clone and adapt playbook templates by region or product without it turning into a quarterly project. Building a new scenario takes an afternoon, not half a day starting from a blank page. The roadmap actually reflects customer input, which has kept me bought in. I had scenarios live within hours of getting access, with no long setup.

The breakdown makes it clear which reps really know the product and which are bluffing. It works for any sales team, so I run both SDR and AE ramp through it. The patterns in the cohort data help me spot a weak area before it costs us a deal. A manager can also pick up a template and tweak it for their segment without needing anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The localized scenarios aren’t all at the same level of English quality, so I plan and budget for an editing pass when adding new languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we had no clear proof that the program was moving the number, but the data now makes that case to leadership. We also had coverage gaps that left our overseas sales teams behind; with the added language support, they can ramp at the same level as the English teams. New hires used to take weeks before they could contribute, and now they reach a usable level in days.

In the past, each cohort’s experience varied depending on the trainer, but the shared scenarios have standardized what people get. Coaching also used to be generic for everyone, regardless of individual gaps; now I can tailor it based on what the analysis surfaces for each rep. And where fast learners previously had to wait for the rest of the cohort, they can now advance while others get the repetition they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Standardizes how the org coaches discovery"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

We needed a platform that could ramp a global sales org with several thousand reps, and this one can handle the load. Coverage in 30+ languages lets us keep a single ramp standard across markets. With one launch, the coaching layer rolls out to every region at the same time, and each product launch comes with its pitch scenarios already attached. As a result, new reps get to quota-ready faster than our old instructor-led path allowed. Reporting by region and cohort shows me which teams are truly ready to sell, and the central console gives me a single view into every library. Overall, we’ve been able to standardize ramp across several regions from one console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Not every language in the catalog feels equally polished. English holds up well, but a few of the others could use another review pass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding was absorbing capacity we needed for ongoing development, and self-paced practice has freed that time back up. Ramp didn’t scale with our headcount and it drained the senior team, until we moved to a single content set across regions and stopped the duplication. We had no defensible proof that our enablement spend was working, and standardized scoring now gives leadership a clear answer. Proving what was actually trained used to mean reconstructing it after the fact; now the records link directly to approved playbooks. We also couldn’t show leadership why a rep was coached a certain way, but the records now tie every coaching point back to approved messaging. We used to rely on managers to gauge readiness by feel, and the scoring now provides an objective benchmark. Our most complex negotiations needed practice that the old training never covered, and reps can now drill those conversations before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pulls pipeline reporting into one weekly view"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

It gave me clear numbers I could share with my director to show that ramp time actually improved. The managers who report to me have gotten hours back because routine drills now run without them. I can get an honest read on readiness without having to listen to every recording, and onboarding a larger cohort no longer means I have to double my mock-call sessions. Instead, I can focus my coaching on the reps who truly need me rather than sitting through every call. I’m also able to flag a struggling rep early based on the data, instead of realizing it only after a bad quarter. The templates let a team lead adjust a scenario without my help, and overall it has cut the time I spend assembling pipeline-readiness reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Integrations with the rest of our stack are thinner than I’d like, although the team has delivered a few of the ones we requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Discovery and objection handling used to be learned live on customers; now reps can practice both before a buyer is ever on the line. In the past, new AEs took months to contribute, but these days they become quota-ready in weeks. Practice also used to depend on me scheduling a mock, whereas now reps run drills on their own time, even from their phones.

New hires used to progress unevenly—some were bored while others felt overwhelmed—until self-paced practice let each person move at the right speed. Feedback once varied depending on which manager observed, but now every rep is measured against the same scenarios. And our practice content used to lag behind the actual pitch, so reps built habits on outdated information; now I can update a scenario the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lets new reps practice without waiting for a trainer"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Spinning up a new scenario now takes an afternoon, rather than a half-day of building it from scratch. The patterns in the cohort data help me spot weak areas early, before they end up costing us a deal. It’s scaled the program without me having to add a single headcount. The consistency it’s enforced across sessions is the first change my managers noticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

A few of the non-English scenarios lagged behind the English ones, so I’m planning a review pass before rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The program didn’t scale, and it stretched the enablement team thin, until we moved to one shared content set across regions and stopped running duplicate sessions. Every trainer had been teaching a slightly different version of the same call, but a single set of scenarios finally eliminated that variation. Training time used to be inefficient, with reps sitting through material that didn’t match their gaps; now they can drill into their specific weak spots. New hires were also progressing at uneven rates, and the self-paced path keeps the cohort aligned without holding anyone back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assesses any sales team with the same process"

5/5

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I coach based on what reps say about pricing and the product, because that’s where they tend to slip up. Having thirty-plus languages available meant our overseas sales teams could finally ramp up to the same level. The roadmap genuinely reflects customer input, which kept me bought in and engaged. I also keep the scenarios aligned with our pitch and update them regularly—almost as a weekly habit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The moving avatars aren’t quite perfect yet, but I understand that an improved version is on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Second Nature AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It used to take weeks to work new messaging into the ramp program, but now I can fold it into the scenarios within the same week. Before, I couldn’t tell who was struggling until it was too late; now the cohort data flags those issues early. Reps were practicing against scenarios that didn’t match the pitch, but the library keeps pace with our messaging now. Role plays also felt inconsistent and unrealistic, so reps tuned them out. With the updated scenarios mirroring real deals, they’re much more engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
