I like that Seamless is user friendly, allowing me to easily find ways to get a hold of a person. If I don't know their last name, I can just go into the company directory, and it lists all the employees and their job titles, saving me time by identifying the right person to contact. I think it's fantastic because it truly is seamless in its operation, letting me pop in a name or a company to see who might be the contact to reach out to.
