# How do you prevent duplicate downloads across users in Seamless (formerly Seamless.AI)?

We can easily find contact and company information, including direct and mobile numbers, which saves time. One challenge is that multiple users can download the same data without knowing it was already downloaded by someone else. It would help if downloads were shared across users so teams avoid duplicating work. How are others handling this today, and do you have a workaround?
