**What do you like best about Scurri?**

Scurri is a fast and reliable SAAS-based label solution with a powerful rules-based engine which allows us to tailor our label creation to both country and SKU-based accuracy. Scurri is a time-saving investment and allows our business to grow with a multiple-carrier approach to omnichannel retailing.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

Scurri needs to improve its overview reporting and user-based permissions which are too generic.  We understand these changes are in current development and will be released shortly.  We also would like to provide more information about our ERP to show the user and the time the label was created for greater transparency with our CS team.

**Recommendations to others considering Scurri:**

Speak to them as they are very accommodating and willing to customise for your solution if there off the shelf integration does not quite fit.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved an issue where all labels were printing to a single packing station.  Confusion, mis packs and time were all issues. Since adopting Scurri technology we are now user/pack station based label printing which has led to a 20% increase in pack speed at all our stations.  All our operators have access to the software and can perform routine corrections to labels to allow the order flow to be optimised.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

The team @ Scurri, from sales & account management to product development.

I have yet to experience this level of day-to-day support (if required)  as well as product growth and implementation from any of my other contracts.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

In 7 years, nothing as of yet which is why we have stayed and developed our Logistics alongside Scurri.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scurri has grown greatly over the last few years which we have benefitted from greatly.

Their network of integrated carriers has grown, accommodating business growth for us as we take advantage of these carriers and the ease & speed of integrating with them.

Their Logistical-based products are far more than just Carrier integrations and as a Logistics manager, I couldn't do at least 80% of my Logistical day job to the level I do without this product (solution, data & reporting).

Recently taking over customer service and taking advantage of Scurri's new "Scurri Tracked" & "Scurri Timeline" products we have reduced headcount in Customer Service with an instant return on commercials by getting all the relevant consignment journey milestones to the customers, fully branded and looped back to site.

These products have huge benefits to Customers as well as marketing proving Scurri is building a full end-to-end Logistical solution for e-commerce and not just a label generation tool.

Customer service was brilliant for the 5 years we were with Scurri.
Seamless integration with Brightpearl and never had any problems with the connector.

The cost became too much as we moved to a shipping integrator built into our WMS.

Excellent communication from the Scurri team. It is great to be working with a business who are equally as ambitious as ourselves, looking to continuously improve the product.

In the year we have been working with Scurri, i haven't got anything i dislike about the system. For any issues we have had along the way, the team has been very helpful and quick in finding a solution or recommending another way to get around the issue.

Scurri has helped to solve a variety of problems with us. These have varied from courier issues, whether it be mapping to service queries, to more internal points such as Scurri's own system questions we have or improvements we would like to see.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

We worked with the team to integrate their software into our back office. Scurri has many configuration options and delivery firms set up, which means our exact requirements have been covered. This enables us to book deliveries across several different carriers quickly and easily. It works exceptionally well with our back office. It has saved time booking shipments/printing labels at the warehouse and provided us with real-time tracking information in our back office software.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

We do not use the platform much as we have automated the process. I am sure more information is available that would provide insights, but it is not currently being used. This is no fault of Scurri, though!

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The booking with multiple carriers, labels printing and information required to track deliveries are being passed back into our back-office software to provide a seamless solution.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

Scurri has streamlined our dispatch process massively.  The warehouse team is no longer limited by manual dispatch labels or the speed of printing these.  Scurri are fantastic at responding to any issues or queries that we have, making sure that are dispatch process is not held up by problems.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

I don't have much to complain about with Scurri.  Any problems that we have are solved in a timely fashion or if we have a larger scale issue or change that needs to be made, Scurri are always willing to listen and make changes were they can.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scurri allows our customer service team to resolve customer order issues proactively.  We can act before the customer contacts us through their reporting and insights.  This has reduced the number of where is my order queries.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

The ability to set shipping rules, per supplier, by carrier is incredibly smart. It makes order processing a better experience and gets it right first time. It's always good to see new tech being implemented that supports the business to deliver an enhanced service as well as improve customer experience. It's crucial for businesses to manage order effectively and to ship fast.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

Scurri's interface feels somewhat outdated. It would be good to see new features added more regularly. It would be useful to see additional reports and snapshots of time.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us process orders and assign shipments much faster than we did before. It's important for us to be on top of our game when it comes to  customer experience.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

Simple infrastructure that allows us to create and track all our shipments daily. Easy reporting allows us to manage our rates and give our customers the best deal possible.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

It would be good if Scurri could recognise when more than one courier label is required for one shipment. Another disadvantage is that Scurri takes the largest dimensions to create a shipment which carriers utilise to charge more for a shipment if we fail to amend.

Onboarding of more Pallet Hauliers. Scurri have recently introduced Palletforce to our platform which has helped reduce the amount of manual labour which was involved in generating consignment labels. Hopefully this will continue to grow to the TPN network

The team from account manager, developer, operations to the CEO himself are just fantastically easy to work with. 

Communication is always timely and proactive. Minimal bureacracy, usually only need to speak to one person to get something sorted. They internalise any complexity.

I really can't fault them on anything. Their prices are also very competitive and their technology reliable.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

The easy to use platform; the rules handing engine is incredibly easy to set up and use.

The team at Scurri are second to none, they are quick to answer and queries that we have and really treat us like valued customers. I would highly recommend Scurri to anyone thinking of using delivery management software.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

Nothing! Love it all! 

Our warehouse team have found the interface easy to get to grips with; it's not overcomplicated to use.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our original label printing method was based on human input, quite frequently we would send out shipments on incorrect services that would be returned to us by the carrier - causing a delay in delivery and lower our customer service expectations. 

The rules in the Scurri Platform has irradiated this issue. Scurri handles all of the decision making based on predetermined values; and its so easy to add in rules as and when required.

Our team also love being able to track al of their deliveries in one place; rather than having to log into multiple carrier websites. The Analyse feature gives us a real time breakdown of our carriers and volumes without having to run overcomplicated reports.

Its easy to bring on new carriers as and when required. The items we sell are of a medical nature and can be needed urgently by NHS Trusts and Hospitals; not getting a delivery out is not an option for us. The Scurri platform give us a failsafe and makes it easy to switch and change our carriers if there are ever disruptions to their services.

**What do you like best about Scurri?**

Scurri has an excellent and very modern interface, easy to use and pretty reliable. The rules system is brilliant and allows for intense customisation of shipping. We sell a large range of items, large, small, low and high prices and we use 4 different couriers... which would constitute a logistical nightmare if it wasn't for Scurri!

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

There are a few little bugs that really need fixing to get a better success rate. EG: Phone numbers can in some cases throw an error and prevent full automation, just because the customer puts a space between their dialling code and their number. So easy to fix with some very basic coding. Needs to be done in ALL courier modules... it's a little thing but could do with being fixed.

Huge amounts of time saved - no more entering courier labels manually.

Clean and simple interface that is easy to navigate. The breakdown/report of each carrier to get a total number of orders shipped is great for logistics and marketing  purposes.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

No prompt if you want to manually manifest a certain carrier fully. It has been accidently clicked on a few ocassions causing a delay to labels getting printed out. An "Are you sure?" prompt would reduce the likelyhood of this problem occuring.

**Recommendations to others considering Scurri:**

Easy to use features that will help your eCommerce business grow. Awesome help/advice given by the support team.

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Address fixes for some orders are flagged up so you can fix the issues without having to search through an endless list. The Auto manifest feature has saved some time during the end of the day too.

The rules logic is perhaps a little too simple. It still does everything it needs to do but having "OR" logic would cut down on the number of rules need.

The platform is very simple and intuitive to use with fast integration/ set up time.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

When deleting errors/ other consignments,  you can only delete 100 tickets at a time, there's no select all function, so this can be slow. There are other features to be added,  such as creating day specific rules (to help manage the Christmas period) however we appreciate these will come with time.

As an Ops team we are now able to turn on new couriers very quickly to see who performs best without needing internal tech support to integrate with each new courier.

Not much really. A few tweaks to the rules etc but apart from that all good

Go for it. Worth going for it as they are very helpful and make the wole switching/setting up process a treat to work with.

The ease with which I can integrate Thriftify into all of the major Carriers through Scurri.

It's not really a downside of Scurri itself, but it would defineltey help if Scurri would find a solution for Fastway wihtout the need of creating multiple accounts within Scurri.

Thriftify is an eCommerce plaftorm that helps our partners to sell their goods online. With Scurri's help we can now offer an end to end solution to our parnters including the order fulfilment step.

One or two small nuances in the API that we had to work through.

Reduces time by managing all carriers through one system/printer.

**What do you dislike about Scurri?**

Is a little limited to UK/ IRE and EMEA regions

**What problems is Scurri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team having to manually input dated to create shipping labels. 
Introduction of multiple carriers to enable rate shopping and an overall reduction in shipping costs.

The ease of implementation coupled with the time saving from conventional manual methods.

Very little to dislike, bar the Service reset if a few details are missing like order reference.

Trial as soon as possible.

Speed and reduction in manual entry errors.

Sort and  filter options within the manifest screens would be useful to make it easier to track data.

Scurri tech support are very friendly and quick to assist with any problems we have.

When manifesting there is not an extra button to check it's the right manifest you are selecting.

Auto manifesting and labels have help streamline our daily tasks.
