**What do you like best about SCSSolutions?**

I specifically appreciated the attentiveness of the customer support team in arranging the first connections. This allow for easy entry points for simple EDI and B2B solutions and especially for organizations that are small and medium in size.

**What do you dislike about SCSSolutions?**

The problem arose when considering various fields of implementing custom data mapping and workflows for traditional and sophisticated EDI transactions. It looks more like a platform designed to perform fundamental integrations rather being able to perform complex data exchange.

**What problems is SCSSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of my trading partners are benefited from SCSSolutions due to automation of flow of information between us and them. The pre-built connectors proved useful inasmuch as they provided an easy way to start with simple EDI operations.

**What do you like best about SCSSolutions?**

EDI has been beneficial to our small business and SCSSolutions has been instrumental in assisting us to manage our EDI. Setup was very easy thanks to the pre-built connectors for our WMS and ERP systems and overall cost is relatively low.

**What do you dislike about SCSSolutions?**

I have experienced the lack of detailed visibility on specific EDI transactions. It is inconvenient to navigate to look at more detailed information, for example, on specific errors or the data mismatches.

**What problems is SCSSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDI data is successfully and more efficient being exchanged and in place, thanks to SCSSolutions. Automating this process has helped us to do away with manual errors while at the same time saving on so much time.
