The best oart is that, it works really well for powerdialing, and parralel dialing. The AI makes it very easy to summarize and reveiw calls, and the leads are set in one place.

The most underrated part of the product is the support, one of the fastest support systems I have ever seen. If a problem arises, it is fixed within a few hours.
