**What do you like best about Scoutr AI?**

Scoutr has allowed us to decrease the most tedious and time-consuming part of sourcing, so we no longer need to use Boolean strings or endlessly review LinkedIn profiles. After some initial calibration and defining requirements with the tool, we receive 10 sourced candidates daily for review, which can be easily done with my morning coffee. The platform also learns from my feedback, and allows us tweak requirements flexibly. It has helped a lot with improving productivity and deliver some great candidates for management positions. It works great with high-impact roles.

**What do you dislike about Scoutr AI?**

The initial calibration period can take a few days to dial in the right requirements, which means you might have to review some unqualified profiles and lose some valuable time before getting great candidates. It would be helpful to receive a larger batch of candidates during these first few days to accelerate the learning process and reach optimal matching sooner.

**What problems is Scoutr AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoutr has been useful when it comes to the most time-consuming aspects of recruiting: manual sourcing, LinkedIn searching, and initial candidate outreach. I love that the tool handles outreach as well, so I just need to review profiles and share my calendar link with the best ones. It's freed up time for me to focus on high-value activities like interviewing and candidate experience. We often have hard-to-fill roles like C-level and management positions, and we tend to give these most challenging ones to Scoutr, and it's managed to deliver qualified and interested candidates we would have had to spend long hours looking for with more traditional methods. The biggest benefit has been reclaiming productive hours while actually improving our candidate quality.

**What do you like best about Scoutr AI?**

Scoutr has completely transformed how we hire senior talent. Instead of wasting hours reviewing irrelevant applications, I now get 10 curated, high-quality profiles daily — all aligned to what we’re looking for.
It’s saved me at least 8–10 hours a week per role and freed up my team to focus on interviewing and closing top candidates.

**What do you dislike about Scoutr AI?**

I'd love to have a higher volume of candidates daily with the same quality at least.

**What problems is Scoutr AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoutr helps us to identify high-quality, senior / lead / C-level, passive talent on the market. Sourcing these would be highly time consuming, but with Scoutr it takes only a couple of minutes a day, instead of hours.

The fact that their resource scouting got better and more fine tune every day with every feedback shared.

Solving scouting the right resources, especially for startups that can't afford to hire recruiters, don't have HR departments yet, and don't have the luxury of time.

we don't have a lot of time for the customer success part, they follow up quite extensively, this is just not a necessatiy for us
