**What do you like best about SEAMLESS?**

All relevant information for a service is displayed directly on one page. The responsibilities, authorities and dependencies are immediately visible.

**What do you dislike about SEAMLESS?**

User and rights management still has room for improvement.

**What problems is SEAMLESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping of all relevant services of our IT department and summarizing them in a service catalog. This is particularly helpful for our account managers but also for technicians in order to be able to clearly represent responsibilities and tasks.
