**What do you like best about ScholarOne?**

I enjoy the ease of use of the actual program when it comes to abstract submission

**What do you dislike about ScholarOne?**

I dislike how it can be difficult to contact help, also the program can be complex and the smallest error can cause the program to not show or work correctly. Although this is just on occasion and user error.

**What problems is ScholarOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recieveing abstracts, creating schedules, setting up users, sending out bulk emails.

**What do you like best about ScholarOne?**

Login to scholarOne using your Orcid ID is the best method for saving time while writing off every information. Moreover, if you are a published author, your master list is ready to add to your list of authors next time you submit. 
The co-authors can see the status of the submitted manuscript, no matter who submitted the manuscript in the first place. 
Another benefit of using is is that it is from the same group thag owns Thomson Reuters and calculates the real impact factor of journals. Clarivate Analytics is brand in this field. It indexes some quality journals of esteemed publishers such as Wiley, Oxford etc.

**What do you dislike about ScholarOne?**

The only thing which I dislike is the fommon interface for corresponding authors and other authors. Login and editing rights are limited to only corresponding author. It should assign laboratory team frkm which any one from the list of authors can track, see, edit and resubmit the manuscript submission. The confirmation should be followed by consent by all authors through mail or accept button.

**Recommendations to others considering ScholarOne:**

Read author's guidelines carefully and be ready with the required doc files and pdf files to fill them carefully.

**What problems is ScholarOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the leading journals of science uses this interface for submitting their manuscripts. The submission process is bit tricky for non-technical person but still it is very convinient and second to none when we talk about manuscript submission procedure.
