In reviewing StaffReady Scheduling for our organization I found that it was useful to schedule for multiple departments, the interface is easy to understand and most importantly teams liked the simplicity in how to enter time off and view daily time off requests. A couple things we didn't like that came up in review were things like assigning users a department category and being able to integrate with Outlook so users don't need multiple places to look for time off requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features that I find the most useful of ScheduleReady are that it is pretty easy and straightforward to use this software. There is not a high learning curve when the user initially starts using it and so it makes it less intimidating for a tech non savvy person to use it. Additionally, this software provides flexibility to edit and update the schedules of the staff very easily and efficiently without any hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that I dislike about the software but only one thing that I wish that there would be a functionality to integrate the calendars with microsoft outlook to synchronize the schedules in different avenues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature about ScheduleReady that I like the best is the fact that it allows the user to create as well as edit schedules of their staff/team members within a matter of minutes and the ease with which the schedules/calendars of staff can be easily viewed. This makes creating staff schedules and shifts very convenient and leaves very minimal room for user error. The only minor downside of Scheduleready is that there is no privacy in schedules if there is a need to keep the staff schedule somewhat private and like with anything else the user has to put in a little bit of leg work to learn to use this software effectively.
