Review of StaffReady Scheduling, useful for all parts of our organization **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Aaron E. | Sr Sales Enablement Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022 **What do you like best about ScheduleReady?** In reviewing StaffReady Scheduling for our organization I found that it was useful to schedule for multiple departments, the interface is easy to understand and most importantly teams liked the simplicity in how to enter time off and view daily time off requests. **What do you dislike about ScheduleReady?** A couple things we didn't like that came up in review were things like assigning users a department category and being able to integrate with Outlook so users don't need multiple places to look for time off requests. **What problems is ScheduleReady solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves many issues related to employee time off requests and employee bandwidth across many departments. There are a couple things we didn't like within the review but overall the application is really nice and simplistic to sset up. ### 2. There is not a high learning curve when the user initially starts using it and so it makes it less intimidating for a tech non savvy person to use it. Additionally, this software provides flexibility to edit and update the schedules of the staff very easily and efficiently without any hiccups. **What do you dislike about ScheduleReady?** There is nothing that I dislike about the software but only one thing that I wish that there would be a functionality to integrate the calendars with microsoft outlook to synchronize the schedules in different avenues. **Recommendations to others considering ScheduleReady:** I would recommend this software for an organization that ends up having to allocate a lot of resources to create and manage staff schedules as this software helps to effectively and efficiently create, organize, manage, and customize schedules of staff and save company resources. **What problems is ScheduleReady solving and how is that benefiting you?** To create customized solution to for a comprehensive staff schedule for each department and team. It helps users to users to organize and manage schedules of team members seamlessly and cuts down a huge amount of time to manage scheduling. It also allows flexibility and convenience to easily manage staff time offs and manage resources easily. ### 3. This makes creating staff schedules and shifts very convenient and leaves very minimal room for user error. It also enhances transparency and productivity as the schedules of the team can be easily viewed. **What do you dislike about ScheduleReady?** The only minor downside of Scheduleready is that there is no privacy in schedules if there is a need to keep the staff schedule somewhat private and like with anything else the user has to put in a little bit of leg work to learn to use this software effectively. **Recommendations to others considering ScheduleReady:** If you are looking for a solution to improve the scheduling process in your team or organization, I would recommend ScheduleReady. **What problems is ScheduleReady solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this software to create staff schedules, update the schedules as needed and also to trade shifts among team members if needed. This all can be done easily and seamlessly using ScheduleReady. The benefits of using this software is the ease of use, the flexibility the software provides to make any changes, and the customizability that is possible for each team and department. ### 4.
