One of the biggest challenges we've encountered with SBS is the pricing. While it's clear and transparent—which we appreciate—the overall cost is on the higher side. We do feel that the solution is well-built and delivers strong value, but the price point can be difficult to justify year over year, particularly for organizations with limited budgets.
