Not very intuative user interface and impossable to use as a new user without a guide, even for simple things like finding month to date revinue for your channels. The reporting could also be a lot more visaul and is very slow to use without an intagration like VM statistics excel intagration. Even then reports can only be generated by one user at a time and are still a nighmare of a user interface with lots of cryptically named data fields and lots of duplicates. Some of this is due to the way our company has this excel intagration setup but an inbuilt user friendly reporting tool would remove the need for a clunky excel intagration all together. SAP Commerce Cloud has successfully developed a bespoke ERP system with worldwide reach. Commerce Cloud allows you to categorize and display items based on your needs. One of the downside is that it comes with a high price tag, both in terms of licensing and implementation costs. For small and mid-sized businesses, it may be prohibitively expensive. One of our customer that y global retailer struggled to provide a consistent and personalized shopping experience across different channels (online, mobile, in-store) and geographies (different languages, currencies, and regional regulations). There were additional challenges like complex product catalogs and promotions across regions, while ensuring timely updates. Benefits: SAP Commerce Cloud allowed our customer to unify its customer experience across all channels (web, mobile, in-store kiosks, and call centers). TIt also ensured that the customer saw the same personalized promotions, offers, and product recommendations whether they’re shopping online or in a physical store. SAP commerce cloud is bundle which provides almost most of the features that are required in modern eCommerce applications and websites. The most commonly used features are- 1. It provides accelerators for B2C, B2B sites, so that new business can run quickly and come online in very less time. 2. Smartedit for managing the content, basically it is a CMS tool. 3.Backoffice application for business users to interact with the data like products, prices, stocks, etc. 4.
