It's not just useful for creating SSCC shipping labels but also for mapping new orders to customer entries in our inventory management system. **What do you dislike about Crossfire?** The user interface for the SSCC shipping label configuration could be improved. The UI is lacking contrast, as the details for each carton are displayed on a similar color to the background, making it difficult to see each section clearly. Also, some of the fields are not uniformly aligned, causing their position to change depending on the length of the text beside them. It would be better to lock them into columns that can be dragged and hide text where required. **What problems is Crossfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crossfire lets me receive EDI orders and send documents since my inventory system lacks EDI support. It prevents the need for a platform change and helps in creating SSCC shipping labels and mapping orders to customer entries, supported by its EDI portal. ### 2. Its expertise and technical knowledge on integration standards, especially in transport, is something I like a lot. Crossfire typically offers a good mix of capability to enhance and enrich files and data we receive. It allows us to integrate where it would either require significant development in-house or would be rejected, giving us the opportunity to work with more customers and grow quicker. The initial setup of Crossfire was very easy and quick. **What do you dislike about Crossfire?** Three areas come to mind; 1. lead time is terrible often 6+ weeks, 2. Up time and disruptions, observationally they seem a little too common and notification is not fantastic, 3. support could use some work as they don't respond particularly well. **What problems is Crossfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Crossfire for integrating with customers and carriers, supporting various integration types, and standardizing endpoints. It allows us to integrate without significant in-house development, enhancing data files and helping us grow faster. ### 3. We are just asking them to have this information flow through to cross docs for Foodstuffs South Island.
