**What do you like best about Salus Case & Incident Management?**

Salus provides a user-friendly interface with support for multiple languages, which makes navigation straightforward and helps minimize the time needed for training. Its flexible configuration options allow workflows, forms, and user roles to be customized to meet local requirements, all without the need for technical expertise. The platform also prioritizes data protection by implementing encryption, secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Furthermore, its interoperability features, including API integration and compatibility with global data standards, facilitate smooth connections with other systems, promoting cross-sector collaboration and supporting long-term scalability.

**What do you dislike about Salus Case & Incident Management?**

Advanced customizations or integrations in Salus sometimes require assistance from technical specialists, which can slow down implementation or reduce immediate responsiveness. Nevertheless, the platform’s support team helps address these challenges by providing prompt guidance, comprehensive documentation, and best practices, all of which contribute to smoother configuration and scalability.

**What problems is Salus Case & Incident Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve had the opportunity to use Salus implemented as Primero in my organization for the past eight years — and it has consistently proven to be a reliable and transformative platform for child protection case management.
Our main problem was  providing a coordination and collaboration platform between multiple government and NGOs and Salus has demonstrated itself to be a robust, secure, and user-friendly platform, facilitating real-time collaboration between government agencies and NGOs. Its adaptability to local workflows and protection standards has played a crucial role in ensuring that child protection cases are managed efficiently, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and accountability.
