Salsify is very user-friendly while having a robust system to manage our product data. The majority of our Marketing Team contributes to the success of the platform, providing us with "one source of truth." Our account managers are very engaged and helpful. The platform is incredibly powerful, but it does come with a steep learning curve for teams that aren't digitally mature. I find Salsify PXM really intuitive because of its ease of use. The product imports, bulk editing, channel exports, and custom labs features are particularly valuable to me. Salsify allows us to greatly combine and enrich our product data for use on our e-commerce web site, blending what we have with a vast range of product data from other sites based on the SKU.
