The marketing features of pushing out a post to Facebook and Twitter have never worked to my date tech support has still not been able to find a fix for that.

The system was very easy to learn, unlike the system I had to learn previously. It features many things like auto-rebooks, and drag and drop scheduling. I liked the option to change the order that your stylists showed up in your scheduling book. We used this to make sure that our top performing stylists got appointments first. I wasn't so much a fan of the check-in system. When it was busy it did get sort of difficult to check people in on time so it didn't look like people were no-showing. I was also not a fan of the way we would print out appointments for the stylists. I don't know if this was not a feature or just our business but having the credit card machine connected to the system would have made checking out far easier.
