Overall, I have the impression that the technology is very well thought out and competently implemented. If there are any problems, they are addressed very quickly and appropriately corrected. I now use Sally AI very often in my meetings, both online and in-person. The onboarding was very good and structured, which makes usage significantly easier. The user interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. The transcription and summary impress me every time. The additional possibilities with insights, sales metrics, etc., are an excellent add-on. A big advantage is also the integration into M365 (Calendar, OneNote, To Do,...).
