So far, we have always taken turns writing the minutes. The problem with this is that one cannot focus on writing and the topic discussions at the same time. With Sally.io, both are now possible in parallel, as we receive a very precise record of our meetings while we are all fully focused on the matter at hand. This is a real enrichment and a truly meaningful application of AI. ### 2. So far, I have hardly had to use support, which speaks for the product.
