**What do you like best about SalesMake LLC?**

What I like most is their hands-on approach and responsiveness. They didn’t just send emails they tested, iterated, and actually cared about results. Their copy was sharp, they understood our target market quickly, and they kept communication clear and consistent throughout. It felt like having an in-house outbound team without the overhead.

**What do you dislike about SalesMake LLC?**

Nothing major if anything, I’d say some of the early learning curve could’ve moved a bit faster. But that’s normal with any outbound campaign, and once the messaging dialed in, the results followed. They were open to feedback and quick to adjust.

If you’re looking for a team to take cold outreach off your plate and actually get results, SalesMake is a great partner. Be ready to collaborate at the start so they can fully understand your offer and audience the more input you give early on, the better the outcome. We hired SalesMake to help us build and launch cold email campaigns and they’ve delivered exactly what we needed. They took ownership of the outreach process, from strategy and copywriting to list building and inbox management, which saved our team a ton of time. Most importantly, they helped us consistently get replies and book qualified calls, which directly supported our sales pipeline.
