**What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?**

The online option allowed us to easily involve people in all countries very cost-effectively.  . The training was very practical and hands-on, and we were able to implement what we learned in our sales management process, particularly in the area of performance management. It really is making a difference and our decision to run own reinforcing session in-between (homework) with senior sales managers has added to the success.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

I had a very positive experience with the Sales Readiness Group's training program, and can't recall anything that I disliked. The team was open to suggestions and feedback, including ways to improve the training for non-English speakers and technical improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Readiness Group:**

I highly recommend Sales Readiness Group to any company looking to improve their sales management process and drive revenue growth. They uniquely bridge the gap between sales training and leadership training, providing a comprehensive approach that effectively boosts sales performance. I had a great experience with the training and would definitely work with SRG again.

**What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the training, our sales teams in the region had various sales management processes and local philosophies, resulting in a lack of common language and approach to manage performance issues and coaching needs. However, by incorporating the training into our daily management, we have developed a shared approach that considers cultural differences, enabling us to build high-performing sales teams across all countries. This has resulted in improved performance and success for our sales teams.

Now, each and every one of our sales team members understands the vision for their team/country and knows what to expect from their sales managers to further boost their performance. The training not only aligned all our APAC sales managers to improve sales leadership, coaching, and performance across the region, but also helped to clarify and unify our approach to sales management.

Their approach is very unique to each employee and thus much more effective than any other similar software

The one thing that they should look into is providing access to the content even after the completion because with busy schedules its not always possible to view it in the allotted time

Sales or business development is the most essential part of any company and so are the workers associated with it. The Sales Readiness Group is really solving this problem by providing a excellent training modules with cost effectiveness

Their willingness to customize their content to the specific needs of our sellers is one of the things I like most about working with SRG. They don't just offer a One Size Fits All approach.

There have been no downsides to Sales Readiness Group.

I have been working with Sales Readiness Group (SRG) since 2019 and I can confidently say that they are the best sales training and enablement provider in the market. Their training programs are customized, engaging, and impactful. They have helped me and my team improve our sales skills, performance, and confidence. They have also provided us with ongoing coaching and support to ensure that we apply what we learn and achieve our goals. SRG is not just a vendor, they are a partner who cares about our success and growth. I highly recommend SRG to anyone who wants to take their sales to the next level.

Sales Readiness Group has consistently delivered consultative sales fundamentals training for our sellers for 12 quarters in a row with measurable results! Our sellers agree they are more confident sellers as a result of this training.

**What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?**

The flexibility of the course format. Working at my own pace allowed me to fully digest the material.

Peer to Peer learning opportunities. The ability to engage in discussions with other participants stands out.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

The only thing I disliked about the course was the limited access to the content after the course had ended. As someone traveling frequently and busy with work, I couldn't review the material during the one-and-a-half to two weeks after the session.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Readiness Group:**

I recommend taking the Managing Sales Performance course with the Sales Readiness Group. The course is well-structured and allows you to work at your own pace, which is excellent for busy professionals. 

The content is relevant and informative, and the discussions with other participants helped fill any knowledge gaps. I found the course cost-effective and an excellent way to keep my sales skills up to date.

**What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I attended Managing Sales Performance course offered by the Sales Readiness Group. This course provides tools and tehniques to effectively implement sales strategies. 

Focusing on practical exercises and activities helps apply the skills in the real world.

Sales Coaching for improving Performance. The HPSC model with the assessments around "Proficiency" and "Motivation"- by Skills was very simple to understand and implement in getting the Sales Coaching Plans.

Norman and his team provide "real world" content that resonates and is specific to our needs.  Whether done online in a self-paced way or facilitated, the training is on target.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

If not for Covid, I would have liked to do classroom facilitated training at a Sales Meeting.  Not SRG's doing at all -just an opportunity lost.

When working with SRG, you are working with professionals who know their content, understand best practices of training design and delivery, and are ready to help you - even protect you from making poor decisions when necessary to ensure the success of your program.

**Describe the project or task Sales Readiness Group helped with:**

We have been and are engaged with SRG on different managerial programs within mostly sales but also adaptable to service, marketing and clinical. Our goals were to use SRG programs and adapt them to our company specific needs.

**What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?**

The willingness to understand and suit the programs to our specific needs. As we have a few programs we would like to integrate with the SRG program,  SRG always made the extra effort to assure specific market understanding, alignment and adaptation.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

Not really anything to dislike - sometimes we had some problems when setting up meetings as we are from all different time zones but that was solved with early mornings for the US based team, late nights for the Australian team etc.

**What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are developing our managers further in different areas. We are now seeing the application and implementation of the learnings and will within short also see it reflected in our business goals.

**Describe the project or task Sales Readiness Group helped with:**

We hired SRG to help our Sales Team, who all had clinical backgrounds but no training in sales.  Clinically, they were top-notch, but didn't really know how to handle objections or close a deal.

SRG spent a substantial amount of time learning about our business, our lingo, and our process.  By the time the training was conducted, our trainer sounded like one of us.  SRG also adapted their training to our clinical model, so moving forward, we could continue use OUR sales model that is essential to our business/core values. We were grateful that it wasn't a revamp of our sales process, but just insightful and helpful in how to talk about the needs of our customers.

The training was adapted specifically to our business.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

I disliked completing the training in one day.  That was our choice due to cost.

We are able to best address the customer that says, "This is great but I'm just not ready yet."

Customized training for our outside sales team with focus on prospecting and virtual selling  to targeted accounts. SRG took the time to learn about what was unique about our selling process, market and customers to inluded this in the training. Very interactive training with regular follow-ups to reenforce the skills. We tied in sales contests as well for extra attention.

Very interactive where all participants had to come prepared.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

We have some very senior sales people and some much younger. Hard to have all the trainining appropriate for all. To keep them all interested and ingaged all the time.

**What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highter number of meeting scheduled. Improved virtual skills. Reminder and reenforcement of the numbers required in your funnel to hit the results needed.

**Describe the project or task Sales Readiness Group helped with:**

Sales training in our company had been fairly non-existent for several years, and we needed a partner to help us jumpstart a solutions-driven, value-added sales program for our sales force.  Adding to our challenges, we had limited internal training resources and were undergoing a significant sales reorganization.  As the Global Training Manager, I began looking for a training provider that could provide the type of program we were looking for, customize training to our needs and be easy to work with.

**What do you like best about Sales Readiness Group?**

The people at SRG took the time to get to know us as a company and work with us to tailor a program that met our needs.  They were extremely patient despite a very chaotic atmosphere here at our company.  I also liked the "boutique" nature of SRG as a partner because I think they are ablecan be flexible and  cater to their clients.

**What do you dislike about Sales Readiness Group?**

I  can't think of anything I disliked about working with SRG.

**What problems is Sales Readiness Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales reps are selling more types of products than they had before, and through the training, SRG is helping change the mindset to selling solutions rather than individual products.  They are also helping our reps differentiate our unique offering from that of the competition.
