**What do you like best about Sales Connector?**

The customer service is excellent and really goes above and beyond. It's a tool that I've used off and on at three different companies over the past 5 years, so it's stable and not going anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Sales Connector?**

It's not always the best fit for every company with the pricing. It really depends on the business model and stage.

**What problems is Sales Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates with LinkedIn allowing us to manage our contacts, organize them, and connect with our CRM in a way that LinkedIn doesn't do itself. Lots of options for tagging conversations to allow for filtering later.

End to End Professionalism, Complete Automation and the ability to target the exact demographic to build a solid and qualified pripeline.

I have no dislikes about Sales Connector.

Building a targeted pipeline of qualified Clients.

**What do you like best about Sales Connector?**

The full service customer support is incredibly helpful due to my full time project and outcourced operating partner with varioius VC firms. 

The ability to adjust the script quickly and easily and track the analytics to determine affectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Sales Connector?**

Since I'm not in the system on a regular basis, I'm not proficient with the platform and while it is somewhat intuitive, it's hard to "snap in" aftere being off the platform for weeks/months.

**What problems is Sales Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my clients, it's a great tool to help the customer facing teams to build and interact with their target market.

For my personal efforts to connect with PE and VC firms, Sales Connector has helped identify targeted resources, connect with them and nuture them.
