I find Safety Team incredibly easy to use, which made the initial setup smooth. The training sessions are engaging and aren't just long, tedious videos nobody wants to sit through, which is a big plus for my team. I really value that employees can complete their trainings on their own time and directly from their phones; this flexibility saves us valuable company time and allows us to concentrate on other responsibilities. The ability to assign, track, and document trainings efficiently from one place is fantastic. The price fits well within our budget, which is always important. The app helps us maintain organized and easily accessible training records, which is crucial for compliance, especially since our employees work across multiple job sites. The most valuable aspect for us is the sheer convenience and accessibility of the training. The recent update that allows us to manually change scheduled safety topics has also improved our operations' efficiency, giving us more control and flexibility. The best thing we like about Safety Team are the videos they supply. They break down boring and sometimes complex issues into short videos they everyone can understand painlessly, keeping training more top of mind and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We think Safety Teams could benefit from better tracking of individual training. We would like administrators to be able to see who stills needs training, who missed training and what training each person has received. Currently, the only way to see who has not had the scheduled training is by scrolling to the bottom of the leader board and parsing out their reports from the list. Once the training schedule has past there is no way to see who missed training after the training schedule has passed. We would also like to be able to create a historical list of training for each employee. We are new users of Safety Team (one Month), it maybe that we are missing something. What we love most about The Safety Team app is that it saves time and keeps us OSHA-compliant. Employees complete training on their own schedule, so we no longer pull staff from production; this increases efficiency. The app is easy to use as well. Engaging videos and quizzes keep employees interested, while automated reminders, attendance tracking, and documentation simplify compliance. I love how Safety Team simplifies our compliance process, making it so that all that's needed is to watch a video, take a quiz, sign, and we're done. It's fantastic that there's no need for admin topic preparation since all content is automatically provided. The app provides flexibility on the admin side, automates documentation, and sends a text to remind employees to watch the videos. The convenience of their app, allowing everything to be done on our phones, is amazing. I love the point system which adds a little incentive for employees, and the ability to input jobsite-specific locations for compliance. Plus, having concise training videos matched with a short quiz ensures the employees retain the necessary information. The dashboard is very user-friendly, letting us add or remove employees easily. As far as improvements go, I guess if the videos were newer and less dated they might speak more to a younger generation of construction workers. On the automated texts that get sent to employees on the day of the required video training, it would be cool if there was a link embedded in the text so employees could just receive and view the text then click on the link to automatically take them to the training for the day. Time saved, and employees seem to like the trainings and love to compete for the quarterly leaderboard prizes.
