Specifically, our software will automate the scheduling, hosting of content and documentation of mandated, recurring safety meetings. Our system also includes digital/mobile tools to complete hazard assessments, identified hazard reports and corrective action reports (incident reports). Employers enroll in our service through our client admin portal that is accessible through our website. While enrolling in the web portal, customers identify the industry and sub-industry that they work in. After enrolling, the company admin user uploads employee information including full names and mobile phone numbers of all employees. Employees will receive automatic text notifications from us: 1) to download the Safety Team app (a link is provided in the intro text) & 2) on the morning and afternoon of every safety meeting. Employees open the free Safety Team app, login using their mobile phone number and are greeted by our safety mascot "Max the Safety Tiger". Employees must first select their language (English or Spanish) then select their job site location, then watch a short, high quality safety video. All versions of app are available in both English and Spanish. After completing the safety video, employees sign their name on screen, then take a gamified quiz. A leaderboard populates showing quiz performance for every employee. Employees are given a 48hour window to complete the video and quiz. An attendance report is emailed to all company admin users after 24 hours and again after the 48 hour training window has closed. The attendance report will list names of all employees who completed the training and will list names of all employees who did not complete the training. The purpose of the 24 hour email is to notify company admin users the names of the employees that still have only 24 hours to complete the video training. For mandatory OSHA documentation & attendance, company admin users can instantly access the safety meeting attendance forms in our portal. The attendance forms comply with regulatory standards and include company name, employee names, employee signatures, location when completed, timestamp of when completed and language the training was completed in. Attendance records are downloadable for specific date ranges and save to the users hard drive as a pdf file. The service saves employers lost productivity associated with in-person, time-consuming safety meetings. Once onboarded and set up it really become an "out of sight out of mind" concept in regards to collecting signatures for weekly tailgates. The daily emails of who has completed and not completed the tailgates has been incredible. I send the email to my pm's/super's and when they go to the Field they remind the employee's to do it. I also love the Leadership board as it publicly displays who is and isn't paying attention. Although we hold our monthly winner prizes, the crew seems to be making their own competition with one another and its a win-win! Not to mention Eric's Top Tier Service, he always answers my call's and emails. I was on vacation in New York last year when several employee's were reporting an issue with the app, a simple text message to Eric...and the issue was resolved within 2 hours, with me doing next to nothing. ### 2. The training sessions are engaging and aren't just long, tedious videos nobody wants to sit through, which is a big plus for my team. I really value that employees can complete their trainings on their own time and directly from their phones; this flexibility saves us valuable company time and allows us to concentrate on other responsibilities. The ability to assign, track, and document trainings efficiently from one place is fantastic. The price fits well within our budget, which is always important. They break down boring and sometimes complex issues into short videos they everyone can understand painlessly, keeping training more top of mind and effective. **What do you dislike about Safety Team?** We think Safety Teams could benefit from better tracking of individual training. We would like administrators to be able to see who stills needs training, who missed training and what training each person has received. Currently, the only way to see who has not had the scheduled training is by scrolling to the bottom of the leader board and parsing out their reports from the list. Once the training schedule has past there is no way to see who missed training after the training schedule has passed. We would also like to be able to create a historical list of training for each employee. It's fantastic that there's no need for admin topic preparation since all content is automatically provided. The app provides flexibility on the admin side, automates documentation, and sends a text to remind employees to watch the videos. The convenience of their app, allowing everything to be done on our phones, is amazing. I love the point system which adds a little incentive for employees, and the ability to input jobsite-specific locations for compliance. Plus, having concise training videos matched with a short quiz ensures the employees retain the necessary information. The dashboard is very user-friendly, letting us add or remove employees easily. The simplicity, price, and streamlined nature of Safety Team are great for us to stay compliant without the headache. **What do you dislike about Safety Team?** As far as improvements go, I guess if the videos were newer and less dated they might speak more to a younger generation of construction workers.
