I love how Safety Team simplifies our compliance process, making it so that all that's needed is to watch a video, take a quiz, sign, and we're done. It's fantastic that there's no need for admin topic preparation since all content is automatically provided. The app provides flexibility on the admin side, automates documentation, and sends a text to remind employees to watch the videos. The convenience of their app, allowing everything to be done on our phones, is amazing. I love the point system which adds a little incentive for employees, and the ability to input jobsite-specific locations for compliance. Plus, having concise training videos matched with a short quiz ensures the employees retain the necessary information. The dashboard is very user-friendly, letting us add or remove employees easily. As far as improvements go, I guess if the videos were newer and less dated they might speak more to a younger generation of construction workers. On the automated texts that get sent to employees on the day of the required video training, it would be cool if there was a link embedded in the text so employees could just receive and view the text then click on the link to automatically take them to the training for the day.
