When our parent changed some field last year, I needed to synchronize our local version with it, and it is me who should do that. **What do you dislike about EHS Solution?** One set of data to satisfy requirements of a local regulation body and our European parent, with thirty-four hundred people across five plants. If we have a few thousand observations per year, then someone needs to triage them, and that someone is me; therefore, I needed to become much more discriminating regarding what requires an action. **What do you dislike about EHS Solution?** We can identify where the accident will take place. This is the difference between a reactive safety function and proactive one. **Recommendations to others considering EHS Solution:** Be prepared to handle the volume of reports you claim to want. My first few attempts involved doing an incorrect decision tree that needed redoing. **What do you dislike about EHS Solution?** In the past, the investigations differed depending on who conducted them. We have been conducting investigations on a consistent basis since there are three locations and fourteen hundred individuals; thus the eighteen-month trend is meaningful. **Recommendations to others considering EHS Solution:** Use one root cause analysis approach, train the team and then introduce the other tools. It will be among the things that will need to be addressed. **What do you dislike about EHS Solution?** Four systems have been consolidated into one in a quarter of the year. Statutory reports are automatically generated, and one time I needed something special; their team has implemented it in one day without using the consulting budget.
