SaaSify makes the SaaS onboarding and marketplace listing process much more structured and manageable. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through the technical and documentation requirements. It saves considerable time and reduces the complexity involved in getting a product marketplace-ready.

The process can sometimes feel a little complex, especially when multiple technical requirements and documentation steps need to be coordinated. More centralized guidance and clearer visibility into the status of each stage would make the overall experience even smoother.

**What do you like best about SaaSify?**

I use SaaSify for PRM and PCM compliance and they helped me complete my compliance requirements, which was designated by AWS. I appreciate how they helped me move into new platforms and operational models. They made it clear how the entire compliance would work, which was crucial for us; without them, we wouldn't have understood the parameters or been able to complete it. I liked that they were quite prompt and quick in helping us and constantly followed up on our requirements. I appreciate the ease of their availability, being just a call or Teams invite away, which made the setup quick for us.

SaaSify helped me complete compliance requirements set by AWS, and assisted in moving to new operational models, understanding compliance parameters, and tagging services. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to manage it.

**What do you like best about SaaSify?**

I used SaaSify to list our offering in the AWS Marketplace, and it makes the process very straightforward and hassle free. It provides excellent support throughout the product life cycle and helps accelerate the entire process. What I like most is the clearly defined process and the excellent support team that works closely with you. You feel you are always supported, and the team is just a ping away. The initial setup was pretty smooth.

**What do you like best about SaaSify?**

We operate across all three major cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and Saasify's cloud GTM platform lets us manage listings and private offers from a single platform instead of juggling three separate cloud consoles. Private offers in particular have become much faster and less error-prone.

The Salesforce integration is where Saasify really stands out for us. Their team built extensive customizations around our specific CRM workflows, so marketplace and deal data lands in Salesforce exactly the way our sales and ops teams work. It doesn't feel like a generic connector; it feels built for us.

We've also enabled GCP co-sell through Saasify and the setup was smooth, with strong guidance from their team throughout. Their team of cloud experts helped us hit the ground running and help us with top-tier ongoing support 24x7.

**What do you dislike about SaaSify?**

Very little so far. We're yet to configure AWS and Azure co-sell, so we can't speak to the full co-sell experience across all clouds but based on how GCP co-sell went, we expect it to be straightforward.

**What problems is SaaSify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi-cloud marketplace operations used to mean fragmented processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP — separate portals, manual private offer handling, and no CRM visibility. Saasify consolidates listings, private offers, and co-sell into one platform, and the customized Salesforce integration gives our teams marketplace visibility inside the CRM they already live in. The result is lower operational overhead, faster private offer turnaround, and cleaner deal data.

I really appreciate SaaSify's responsive on-call support. Whenever we have questions or issues with our AWS Marketplace listing, they are there to help. I also like how easy it is to manage product information and keep our AWS Marketplace listing organized and up to date. The initial setup was straightforward, and we were able to get started without any major issues. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with SaaSify, particularly with their responsive support and ease of managing our AWS Marketplace listings.

I really appreciated having a human assist me throughout the process, taking care of the work from start to finish. The screen sharing and continuous guidance were incredibly useful, especially with the different areas of the AWS Marketplace Management portal that I would have struggled to configure on my own, even with the official documentation.

They helped me with all the steps I needed, and the options to select, which aided me in successfully completing the migration and the PRM compliance. **What do you like best about SaaSify?**

The support staff was very friendly and really knew all the options on the AWS portal, which helped us migrate. They helped us by listing down all the steps where we could migrate, including text settings and signatures and where we needed to fill things out. They helped us list down the services we needed to subscribe to on the marketplace, and helped us file the AWS support ticket for the signature purpose, which we missed out on when we were doing it all alone. They really helped us fill out all the steps required for the migration, and if we were doing it ourselves we would have missed it. The SaaS AI tools listed down the key areas where we do business, along with the short and long descriptions of our product, which helped us list it in the AWS partner portal and marketplace. It saved a lot of time. The initial setup was really quick, within a few seconds we were able to register and take a dump of our site with the AI too, and we also filled up the steps required for the AWS migration journey. I think they are great, and whatever they are doing, they're doing it right. I would recommend a 10.

I think Chandan from the SaaSify team helped me very smoothly through the process. SaaSify helped me in the process of partner central portal log migration when I was totally unaware of how to do it. The initial setup was very smooth. I also rated it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you like best about SaaSify?**

What I love most about SaaSify is how quickly it got us listed on major cloud marketplaces without draining our engineering resources. Its zero-code integration handles the entire subscription lifecycle, automated billing, and complex private offers right out of the box. Having a single dashboard to manage all of our AWS sales while syncing seamlessly with our CRM has completely streamlined our enterprise sales process.

The initial learning gap to to utilising the platform, nothing else other than that :)

**What problems is SaaSify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saasify removed the technical roadblocks that hold back launch dates. By acting as a plug-and-play solution, it saved our dev team months of coding so we can get listed on major cloud marketplaces in just days. The biggest benefit is speed and efficiency, our engineers can focus on product innovation while our marketing and sales teams can immediately promote and close complex enterprise deals with automated tracking already in place.

I like that SaaSify has friendly customer support. They really help us with our APN account and resolve issues with adding our marketplace subsidiary account. They also support us in other areas like k pay and fund gathering. The setup process was very easy, and they took the time to call us and understand our issues, which they tried to rectify effectively.

Prompt Support and  intelligent and knowlegable staff. The performance was good with good UI for onboarding process. Integration was done seamlessly with great pricing model.
