With regards to the split invoices; are you splitting the expenses into separate lines already? With that functionality you can fill in multiple projects for one invoice. More info on splitting expenses you can already find here: https://help.rydoo.com/day-to-day-expensing/split-an-expense
For the new credit card, you can make it the preferred one via your personal settings when you are logged in online - by clicking on the relevant payment method there.

The ability to upload or email in receipts makes this a platform every company should be eager to adopt. I've heard the horror stories of Concur from colleagues and when I pull up and describe Rydoo, the envy is palpable. From an employee standpoint I have everything I need. From an employer/manager standpoint, it tracks everything I need and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Forwarding forwarded receipts (personal email to company email to Rydoo) can get tricky for the AI bot to detect. First world problem and easy to get around. Only other potential 'bug' to work out is notifications around items that need to be sent back for review - had a couple things hung up when there were adjustments needed. Well, the platform has its annoyances, particularly on the administration-side. Since we have a rather complex/extensive setup, with lots of 'expense-profiles', the many impracticalities of the administration module give our administrators a lot of overhead in maintaining the system. The receipt scan option makes it easy to upload my receipts but also saves time in entering the details like amount, currency and Merchant.

The scan takes longer to read the details of handwritten receipts or reads them wrongly. Maybe the tool can be trained to read better in this case.
The tool also takes longer to send emails when expenses are approved and doesn't send any when the expenses are reported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
