## About Rothr
Rothr is a full hiring pipeline built for startups and fast-moving teams that need to hire well without a dedicated recruiting team. Most hiring tools make you choose — a heavyweight ATS that takes weeks to set up, a standalone note taker you bolt onto Zoom, or a scheduling tool that doesn't talk to your calendar. Rothr replaces all three. Screen faster. Send candidates an AI-powered interview link. They answer on their own time. Rothr scores responses, surfaces the strongest candidates, and cuts your screening time from days to hours. Schedule without the back-and-forth. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook once. Rothr generates availability links, lets candidates self-book, creates the calendar event, and sends confirmations automatically. No more "does Tuesday at 3pm work for you?" Never miss what was said. For live interviews over Zoom or Google Meet, Rothr's AI note taker joins the call, transcribes both speakers in real time, and delivers a structured summary — scores, key moments, standout quotes, and a hire recommendation — directly to the candidate's profile before you've closed the laptop. Everything lives in one place. Role pipeline, candidate profiles, interview history, AI notes, and shortlist decisions — all connected, all searchable, all yours. Rothr is built for teams that move fast and hire with intention. No implementation consultants. No six-month contracts. Sign up, create a role, invite your first candidate in under five minutes. What makes Rothr different? 1. AI interview screening — candidates complete async video or text interviews; AI scores and ranks them automatically 2. Calendar integration — connects to Google Calendar and Outlook; reads availability, creates events, sends reminders 3. Self-scheduling links — send candidates a link to book their own slot; no back-and-forth email chains 4. Live AI note taker — joins Zoom and Google Meet calls; transcribes both speakers, generates structured summaries post-call Candidate pipeline — manage every role, candidate, and interview stage in one view 5. Structured scorecards — every interview produces consistent scores across technical depth, communication, problem-solving, and culture fit 6. Instant setup — no onboarding calls, no implementation fee, no training required

 ### 1. Rothr Cut Screening and Scheduling to Minutes with Fast AI and Seamless Integrations

**What do you like best about Rothr?**

The feature I use every single day is the AI screening pipeline. We post a role, candidates get an automated interview link, and by the next morning I have a ranked list with scores across communication, technical depth, and culture fit. What used to take me a full Friday afternoon — reading 60–80 resumes and deciding who to call — now takes about 20 minutes of reviewing Rothr's output.
The calendar integration with Google Calendar is the other thing I didn't expect to care so much about. I connected it in under 5 minutes — just an OAuth flow, no configuration — and now every time a candidate books a slot, the event is already on my calendar with the Zoom link embedded. I've had zero double-bookings since switching.
The AI note taker surprised me most. I open the companion tab alongside my Zoom call, click Start, and forget about it. When the call ends I get a structured summary — key moments timestamped, scores, three or four standout quotes from the candidate — sitting on their profile before I've even closed my laptop. I used to lose half of what was said in an interview within 24 hours. That doesn't happen anymore.
Workflow improvement:
Before Rothr, scheduling alone cost me 2–3 hours per hire in back-and-forth emails. Now I paste one link in the invite email and candidates self-book from my real availability. That time goes back to actually talking to candidates.
Integrations:
Connected Google Calendar and Zoom in one sitting. Both just worked. The Zoom webhook picks up the recording automatically after calls — no manual upload, no extra steps. I haven't tried Outlook yet but the Google side has been rock solid.
Performance:
The AI screening results come back fast — under 2 minutes for a 30-minute candidate interview. The scheduling page loads instantly even when I've sent it to 40 candidates at once. No lag, no failed bookings.
Pricing / ROI:
We closed two hires in the first month. At the time we would have spent $800–1,000 on a recruiter's time just for screening and scheduling coordination. Rothr cost a fraction of that. The ROI was obvious within the first week.
Onboarding:
No onboarding call, no demo required. I created an account, made a role, and sent my first candidate invite in under 10 minutes. The docs are clear enough that I never needed to contact support. That alone puts it ahead of every other ATS I've tried.

**What do you dislike about Rothr?**

I’d love a white-label option so the scheduling page and candidate emails can show our agency’s branding instead of Rothr’s. It’s not a blocker, but when you’re presenting this to clients, it would be a really nice touch. Hopefully it’s coming soon.

**What problems is Rothr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rothr, we didn’t really have a hiring process—just a shared Google Sheet, a Calendly link, and someone’s scattered notes in Notion. Every hire felt chaotic. We’d lose good candidates because we took too long to respond, and we’d also end up making bad hires because our interview notes weren’t consistent.

Rothr gave us a real pipeline without us having to build one from scratch. Candidates get screened automatically, the strongest ones rise to the top, scheduling happens without us having to touch it, and we now have structured notes from every interview. We’ve made three hires in the last two months, and all three have been solid. That’s not a coincidence.
