The feature I use every single day is the AI screening pipeline. We post a role, candidates get an automated interview link, and by the next morning I have a ranked list with scores across communication, technical depth, and culture fit. What used to take me a full Friday afternoon — reading 60–80 resumes and deciding who to call — now takes about 20 minutes of reviewing Rothr's output.
The calendar integration with Google Calendar is the other thing I didn't expect to care so much about. I connected it in under 5 minutes — just an OAuth flow, no configuration — and now every time a candidate books a slot, the event is already on my calendar with the Zoom link embedded. I've had zero double-bookings since switching.
The AI note taker surprised me most. I open the companion tab alongside my Zoom call, click Start, and forget about it. When the call ends I get a structured summary — key moments timestamped, scores, three or four standout quotes from the candidate — sitting on their profile before I've even closed my laptop. I used to lose half of what was said in an interview within 24 hours. That doesn't happen anymore.
Workflow improvement:
Before Rothr, scheduling alone cost me 2–3 hours per hire in back-and-forth emails. Now I paste one link in the invite email and candidates self-book from my real availability. That time goes back to actually talking to candidates.
Integrations:
Connected Google Calendar and Zoom in one sitting. Both just worked. The Zoom webhook picks up the recording automatically after calls — no manual upload, no extra steps. I haven't tried Outlook yet but the Google side has been rock solid.
Performance:
The AI screening results come back fast — under 2 minutes for a 30-minute candidate interview. The scheduling page loads instantly even when I've sent it to 40 candidates at once. No lag, no failed bookings.
Pricing / ROI:
We closed two hires in the first month. At the time we would have spent $800–1,000 on a recruiter's time just for screening and scheduling coordination. Rothr cost a fraction of that. The ROI was obvious within the first week.
Onboarding:
No onboarding call, no demo required. I created an account, made a role, and sent my first candidate invite in under 10 minutes. The docs are clear enough that I never needed to contact support. That alone puts it ahead of every other ATS I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d love a white-label option so the scheduling page and candidate emails can show our agency’s branding instead of Rothr’s. It’s not a blocker, but when you’re presenting this to clients, it would be a really nice touch. Hopefully it’s coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
