I like the simplicity of RosterElf, and it's easy to navigate. The green dots are a nice touch, letting me know when I'm working without overwhelming me with a list of times. It also tells me how many hours I'll be getting each week, which helps me plan my pay around my hours. I love being able to see who else is working the same days as I am, so I know who I can contact for help at work. The initial setup was very easy, and I received instructions to help if I got stuck. What do you dislike about RosterElf? the help and support tab in the app is kinda useless i have not used it. it doesn’t tell u the length of your shift e.g 5 hours. additionally pending, leave tabs have always been blank for me for some reason i guess. i’m not a fan of the color scheme either make it a deeper more professional color vibe like a black or grey. I like how easy RosterElf is to use and you can clearly see when you are working and get notifications if anything has been updated which is nice. You are also able to see who else is working with you and I feel like it leaves little confusion about your shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RosterElf? The only issue with RosterElf that I have is that in order to clock in you must be in a particular location. This is fine but sometimes my phone glitches and says that I am somewhere else which means I am unable to clock myself in and it could appear to my employer than I am late. I like the different features available in RosterElf to access my shifts, making my work at a fast-food restaurant much easier. I enjoy the friendly reminder notifications an hour before my shift, which helps me prepare. I find it challenging to differentiate between applying leave and applying availability. I'd prefer to have the flexibility to apply leave for specific parts of the day rather than the whole day. Its easy to access sytstem, intuitive and clear and precise. Graphics are nice I use it frequently and helps me keep track of my shifts. Features are good including reaching out to MGMT or making changes. Customer support is great and it accessible on all email so I can make a request if I need.
